The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Ask Ellen if she misses us -

Highly recommended - we booked standard twin bed room. Like a family room and can accommodate 4 adult and 1 teenage child easy with plenty more space, modern, comfortable beds, clean. Spacious and modern bathroom. 10-15 minutes Walking distance to the Falls. Plenty of parking in the building and nearby. And a plus to have A&W food store next to it.

It was about 24 degrees on 12/24/25 but we still had a great visit! The hotel was awesome. Niagara Falls Park was beautiful! Some parts were covered in ice so we weren’t able to get to the inner most edges (obviously) or do any tours, but that was expected. The views were still iconic and worth the visit. It was our 1st time visiting and we will definitely be back in the warmer months to experience the other attractions at the park. I would still recommend visiting on holidays and cold weather days if you appreciate the beauty of the Falls and rapids because it was much easier the park and walk around to see all points of view at the Falls.

We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.

Terrible hotel - dirty and extremely dated- 1980’s overpriced. The room should be max $60.00. It doesn’t even look like a hotel from the outside. It looks like a condemned building DO NOT STAY HERE

Amherst is a great place to stay.

Amherst is a great place to stay. All of our Buffalo favorites are minutes away, Duffs, Teds, Andersons and Bocce Club pizza. Millersport Hwy, Sheridan Drive and the I-290 are all right there for easy access to surrounding attractions. Highly recommend a trip to North Tonawanda and the Riviera Theatre.

Staff was dishonest and cleanliness was horrid. Our refrigerator was dirty, stuff stuck all over the inside. Staff attempted to steal my daughter's blanket and then lied about. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

All great. Aldi's close by. Also Top's grocery. Lots of restaurants. Just down the road a bit to Our Lady of Victory Bacilica in Lackawanna and the Botanical Gardens almost across from the OLV Bacilica. Quiet. Safe.

Beautiful. The Falls are more than I ever expected. I keep hearing that the Canadian side is so much better, but I can't believe it is. The views are lovely and majestic. We ate great pizza at Donatello's. Our AirB&B was great.

I liked being able to go to Niagara Falls in Canada. I also liked the history of Buffalo. It really is a cool city. I wouldn't mind going again in a different season. We ate at a couple of brewerys. We also enjoyed the pastries at the butter block?
