The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Ask Ellen if she misses us -

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Buffalo. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary tea in the lobby was a lovely touch, and the fitness center is excellent — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Staff was dishonest and cleanliness was horrid. Our refrigerator was dirty, stuff stuck all over the inside. Staff attempted to steal my daughter's blanket and then lied about. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone

The property in Hamburg, NY, met our basic expectations. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean, warm, and quiet. Additionally, they had a heated swimming pool, which was a nice amenity. Considering the price we paid, it served its purpose adequately

As I stated in my other review, the place was disgusting.

As I stated in my other review, the place was disgusting. A badly stained blanket covered a rock hard bed, messy pillows, dirty-moldy looking edge of tub, peeling paint and a gap in the door that someone could pop right open! Plus they tried to add on an additional $100 deposit in cash because of "issues" they have had?! After running my card for the room?! What kind of ridiculous nonsense is that? Sounds like someone trying to commit fraud. I expected at least a decently clean room for $170 that we paid, not a wall crumbling hovel. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle. We have stayed in quite a few places, but that place was gross. Motel 6, you usually have a decent reputation but NOT in that place. I did take pictures and I am very happy to share them with anyone. Recommendations? NO WAY!!

There was trash left in the room.

There was trash left in the room. We didnt see it until morning as it was late when we arrived. That was very unsettling for us. Now we are unsure if our line s were fresh. There was so much noise that we kept waking up. We could hear the phone in the next room as an example of how thin the walls were.

I don't get to go back to Buffalo very often, but this is where I stay. They are friendly and are very accommodating. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for?
