Excellent experience during our three nights stay

We ate at the adjoining small restaurant. front desk staff awesome. Close walking distance to the Falls and Casino. Had a beautiful view of the old church just across the street. The room was very up to date, beds were comfy.

The room was clean, there was a reasonable water flow in the shower.

Good location, very comfy beds. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would also like to thanks to the GM who helped me with the lobby ATM issue, even if that was not hotel property. For sure if we shall return to NF, we will select the same hotel! Thank you!

The size of the room was bigger than i expected. The overall hotel was nicer than I expected. We chose a balcony room to watch the fireworks and it was perfect for that. Parking was easy too.

Clean and safe and close to everything

On arrival into Buffalo, my friend and I were held up at the airport due to an item being left on the aircraft. As it was past midnight, no one was there and we had to stay at the airport and get their help when they opened the next morning. When I explained my situation to this hotel, the lady who answered my call was very gracious in helping me hold my room, and even gave us an hour extension when we arrived at 6am the following morning so that we could get some rest after our ordeal. It was because of her help that I was put at ease during my ordeal, and I would like to thank the staff for that. Only complaint is the breakfast location, I found it rather small considering the crowd level, and we ended up waiting for quite a while before a table became vacant.
