The hotel was conveniently located within a few minutes drive to attractions, shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable, although was not initially set up to accomodate the 4 adults we had booked for, so additional requests had to be made to housekeeping. The pool was great, albeit very busy.

The lineup for full plate was too long so we ate at 3 Sisters and it was a bit expensive. The entertainment the night we stayed was amazing. I would recommend if Nerds Gone Wild is playing at Stir, GO!!! They were repairing a water pipe break the week d we stayed and there was no spa, pool or hot tub open so it was disappointing. It would have been nice to be compensated for the inconvenience. Nothing better than to relax after a long day of cross border shopping. The pool and hot tub area is the best part of our stay.

A very beautiful and amazing place, one of the wonders of the world, regardless of the cold weather, but we enjoyed with the family in the facilities of the waterfalls, the workers who were working in the waterfalls organized and were working to provide comfort for us and were on our help, unfortunately the boat ride was closed and also entry under the waterfalls was not available.

The area is great most of the people we spoke too was very nice and polite.
The one thing my wife and I have not figured out though, is why does every attraction in the country have too pass through not so good areas of town?
The place though once there is so very much to see and do . We spent 3 days and honestly could have stayed for 3 more . If you stay and you want the real falls experience there are several hotels that have options to see the falls from your room

Beautiful place to visit. The view is spectacular.
Beautiful place to visit. The view is spectacular. The attractions are not as many as on the Canadian side. The New York side looks very run-down and dirty. There is not much to do in the evenings. On the Canadian side, on the other hand, it was very crowded and businesses were open. For such an important tourist area, the maintenance of the buildings and houses in the area seems unimportant.

Spectacular!! Maid of the Mist is a must.
Spectacular!! Maid of the Mist is a must. USA side of the Falls is beautiful but surrounding area outside of the State Park is a bit dodgy especially at night. The Casino is worth a visit but nothing much else to do. Definitely go across the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian side of the Falls as the views of the Horseshoe Falls are much better. It only takes 10 minutes to walk across the bridge. The Street of Fun is worth a visit as is the The Skylon Tower.
