AbkhaziaI liked that the staff were really friendly and helpful. I never used vallet parking before so I didn't know that my keys were inside. Before I made half way through the lobby and staff made me aware of my keys. I was glad about that due to it being a little chilly outside.

So much to see and do.
So much to see and do. Loved looking at the architecture and learning about the rich history here. For a big city, driving around was very easy, and the areas we were in were very clean. We enjoyed our dinner at Marco's Italian Restaurant - we visited and ate for over 2 hours. Delicious. We saw the falls, went to the Highmark Stadium tour and both were excellent. Every time I come, I see new things and continue to be impressed. Keep it up Buffalo.

My father and son were in town for a wedding.
My father and son were in town for a wedding. I had booked their stay at the Buffalo since the hotel blocks recommended were full. I received pictures of their room and lobby and they exceeded the listing by far! Extremely unique decor, clean and very quiet ( per their statements). So happy they had a great time!

Buffalo is great!
Buffalo is great! This was my first visit but we'll be going again I hope! The city itself has a bunch of unique bars, coffee shops and stores, the canal side is beautiful and it feels safe and clean to walk around. Within 30 minutes drive is the airport, an easy Niagara Falls day trip, several small towns/villages and the coast of Lake Erie. Sports and concerts also aplenty!

My husband, son, and I stayed an overnight for our son's birthday. We went to see a comedian at the Helium comedy club. That was very fun for all!! The next morning we headed over to Delaware Park and the Buffalo zoo. It ended up being the highlight of our trip. The location of the hotel made everything seamless and we can't wait to come back!!

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo.
This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren.
Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.

Such a progressive city!
Such a progressive city! Lots of revitalization in different neighborhoods. We enjoyed the waterfront downtown, the different smaller neighborhoods and downtown. Seemed safe and everyone was really friendly.

The location was good, quite neighbourhood. I booked into this hotel because of the ratings as to how clean it was, that was an important criteria. Was there for one night. Erin from the hotel was in touch with me via text, provided all the information I needed to enter the Hotel as I did not know what time I would check in. The room also had information of restaurants within walking distance and that was helpful as we checked in late.

I had a wonderful 10-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. A huge thank you to the amazing staff, especially the reception team, who were incredibly accommodating and did an excellent job managing my early check-in request when I arrived. The Queen Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my entire trip. The service was consistent and professional from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
