I liked the room and the location of the hotel. It was central to everything in the downtown area, and you could walk to all the restaurants and places you need to get to.

Tru in Comstock is a very fun, lively hotel. Lots of people/ families in the lobby playing games. Great snacks on display in the lobby and the breakfast was good and the eating areas were very clean. Somebody was always nearby, cleaning off tables.
No carpeting in the rooms was wonderful! It looked clean and sleek.
The room looked very fresh and clean. Colors were very vibrant.
We ordered a pizza which was delivered to the wrong hotel. Your front desk person called another nearby hotel and found it! The other hotel walked it over and your person delivered it right up to our door! I can’t remember his name but he worked until 11:00 pm that night. Excellent caring about the customer.
Hotel was very clean and had good water pressure. Restaurant was excellent. All very “old school”, from the index card we filled out upon check-in, to the keys needed to open your hotel door, to the room and restaurant decor. Felt like we stepped back in time...don’t mean that in a negative way.
This was a very centrally located hotel with comfortable sleeping arrangements. I traveled alone but met up with a wedding party for a reception and we were all close to each other and able to spend some time together. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good.
Well the 5 soap container were empty.
The next day , housekeeping made the beds. We just live with it.
No soap!
The breakfast has changed so much..
Not worth the time..
Very cheap sit up, like
No need. Was Hilton sold? Or was I at the wrong place.
This was the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Not even any dust in the A/C unit. Room was quiet, windows are good quality to keep traffic noise out. Affordable option when downtown Grand Rapids is booked and expensive (art prize).
Room was immaculate. Room had fridge, microwave and fixtures were a little dated but functioning perfectly.
Shower super clean and looked brand new. I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel room ever.
The room and bathroom were clean with plenty of towels. We had no issues booking time in the pool. The hotel lobby was clean and the staff professional. We'll definitely be back.
It was so nice to have the opportunity to stay in a clean, neat, comfortable room. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our way and this Comfort Inn was the best!
