Offering a heated indoor pool and free WiFi access, Comfort Suites Grand Rapids North is located in Comstock Park. I liked the nice staff they are very helpful and very respectful the room was very clean and organized I was comfortable and accommodated for my money's worth
The Fifth Third Ballpark, home to the West Michigan Whitecaps, is a 10-minute drive from this Walker hotel. It features an indoor pool and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is good. The location is great. I spent 2 hours in Marshall nearby and bought what I really need.
Motel 6-Grand Rapids, MI - Northeast is set in Grand Rapids, 4.3 mi from DeVos Place and 4.3 mi from Deltaplex. All rooms boast a TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. This does NOT feel like your typical motel. This place is HUGE. It feels more like a Sheraton or Hilton. The room is MUCH bigger and nicer than the rooms I’ve stayed in at “fancier” hotels. The parking lot is quite big, unlike most motels. There’s never any stress over scrambling to find a parking space and circling around the building ten times waiting for someone to leave their spot. I came here for a Bassnectar event at the Van Andel Arena and it was only about a 10-minute drive (or 18 minutes during rush hour traffic). The staff was also very pleasant! On the first night there was some rude guests staying in the floor above our room and their dogs were barking for what felt like hours....... My friends and I found out what room the dogs were in and promptly went to the front desk to ask the woman working there to do something to stop it. She immediately went up to their room to fix it. I still don’t know what exactly she did, but the dogs did eventually finally shut up. The whole stay was great!
Located off Exit 88 and Ann Street, the Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront is a boutique Grand Rapids hotel less than 1.9 mi from downtown Grand Rapids near U.S. Route 131. Food was delicious. The staff was more than accommodating and super friendly!
Any type of cuisine, food, drinks, shopping are at your hands....No reason to leave Comstock Park hungry, thirsty, or with extra money in your pocket....they have there what any person is looking for there.
I'm from the area, was surprised to see many changes that include upgrades of long standing local businesses and new LOCALly owned brew pubs. Glad to see that national corporation s haven't totally over run the town
We were in Comstock Park as we were visiting friends in Kentwood in Grand Rapids. The price for our lodging made the drive well worth it and there were enough amenities near us in the evening for shopping and food.
Very good location for our purpose. A retail area with Sams, Walmart, many dining options nearby. Close to Grand Rapids and West Michigan beaches and Farm Produce. Also Vander Mill Cider. The Grand Haven beach is outstanding. We also enjoyed our U-Pick session at Fruit Ridge Farm. We got in some hiking at Aman Park off of Lake Michigan Avenue and shopped at the new Tanger Outlet Center. Grand Rapids is loaded with things to do.
The upstairs room was bright and cheery with new, brighter paint.
