Location, location, location!
Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast with plenty to eat and the view of the track is superb. The garden offers a lovely view of the city (and track) and a staff member was quick to set up a table and chairs for us, eventhough it was 1st of november and clearly no one else was using the gardens anymore. Lots of proper parking spaces are available right in front.
