This property is lovely green oasis in noisy dusty Medina. Staff are friendly, reliably helpful and attentive. The garden areas and courtyard are pleasant and the rooftop terrace was comfortable and sunny. The pool area was also very pleasant. Outdoor dinning was enjoyable, and provided a variety of menu items throughout the day.

The rooms are spacious and the staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet location. I did have a driver and it was no problem parking and waiting for me if necessary. I was only there for a 2 night stay and did a hammam and two massages which were detoxifying and melted away my stress. Take advantage of the hammam and massages while you are there. I will definitely stay there when I return.
