Lots of tavernas and bars both on the harbour and in the town. There are several small supermarkets which stock a big variety, but don't think Waitrose. We liked the Tropicana platanos taverna, the seahorse hotel (to eat) and the bakery. On the negative side you will leave Molivos fitter than when you arrived. i loved molivos so much to do, the people were great and the food delicious - try going to Castro restaurant for a delicous Pizza and a drink! and ask the owner to play backgamman/Tavli !! a real Greek experiance

Mithimna is a really picturesque place which has retained its traditional character. There are spectacular views. The castle is well worth visiting. You can enjoy walking through the narrow streets and feeling is if you are in another time and place. Even in late October it is possible to bathe and there were a few restaurants and cafes open. There are many restaurants in the small harbour serving fresh fish and seafood.MaryGreece

We had a late flight and let us use the lobby to hold our luggage. They got to know us personally and were super attentive. They were always friendly to us and made sure our stay was wonderful. The location of the hotel is superb as it is right in the heart of Molivos. The room was clean, bright, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Wonderful host who dropped us off at the bus station. Location meant you got away from the hubbub of the town but the walk wasn’t too long or strenuous to get to the restaurants and shops.
