From the moment that I reserved my stay, I knew that I was going to enjoy my time here. The host, Helen, was quick to message me to welcome me to her home, and she kept in contact throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed.
When I arrived, Helen greeted me at the front door, and showed me around the house and to my Queen bedroom. The room is beautifully appointed with a VERY comfortable queen bed, lovely armoire with tv, comfortable reading chair, bookcase filled with great books, mini fridge with champagne, keurig machine with both tea and coffee pods and snacks.
The bathroom is so beautiful with fluffy white towels.
Breakfast was served both days with so much attention to every detail. Breakfast both mornings were absolutely delicious. It is obvious that Helen loves what she does and does everything with love and care.
Enfield Street, where this home is located, has a set back sidewalk where you can leisurely stroll and enjoy the other historic homes and fabulous shade trees and enjoy the beauty of Connecticut.
I traveled solo for a women’s retreat this past weekend, but look forward to returning with my husband next month.
Thank you, Helen, for all you do for your guests.

I have been to many economy places and nothing feels badly like being where you are afraid to sit comfortably.
The tools were the cleanest.
I do wish ypu visited this site before renting it. Felt like a homeless shelter...looked like an abandoned building.
Please do better.
Thanks
I wish to receive a refund as it wasn't possible to get anything planned because I was only there for 3 nights and had to attend a wedding 😢

The comfort and shuttle service; we were only staying a few hours overnight between a late arrival at the airport and a very early departure. The shuttle driver was right on time for our 5:30 a.m. check out.

The breakfast was lacking, they had tea bags out for tea and no hot water, they didn't have decaf coffee available. They ran out of waffle batter by 9am Saturday and didn't make more. They ran out of eggs. Adaine was nice and got me hot water from the stockroom. Carmen the night desk employee was pleasant and helpful. Holly in housekeeping was rude and not helpful with breakfast Friday morning. Jonny was helpful and kind in house keeping, got us hand towels and wash cloths.
Located in northern Connecticut, this hotel is 6 miles from central Springfield. It features an on-site restaurant and lounge, as well as both an outdoor pool and a dog park.
First room was not serviced or cleaned. Wet rags on the bed- looked like something out of a dirty movie. Finally after I got my new room - the air conditioner was not working and wouldn’t turn off at all- the shower literally screamed- there was dry blood all over the walls- like what happened in this room? When was the last time any of the rooms have been maintained or really cleaned? The toliet also filled to the top with water every time I flushed- causing a mess. Will never stay again. Paid over 120 dollars for a room for one night- one person- but probably will have the bed bugs for a life time and any ghost left behind.

Honestly, the hotel was the perfect accommodation for us.
Honestly, the hotel was the perfect accommodation for us. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and so clean. We went to visit relatives a short drive away so we didnt get to see the area. I saw many stores and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel when i revisit the area.
The only negative was the breakfast and coffee. Not to my liking or taste. But that does not influence me to not come back.

I liked it was right off the highway is there anything else I like not a damn thing sorry I have to make this longer though it sucked and it was gross and I would never pay that much for a hotel room that was that bad ever again it wasn't me a fridge or a microwave in the room.
