They were hosting a children’s baseball tourney. The parents were drunk at the bar and the kids were running around banging on our door. One threw up in a hallway by the elevators and all the unsupervised kids were in the pool until one fell and got a bloody nose in the pool. The hotel charged me when I got there even though you guys already had charged me. Marriott refunded my money but you guys can’t seem to understand I was charged twice. They cancelled my booking due to the mess but I’m waiting on you guys to refund me or you can sort it out with my credit card.

I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My 4 year old niece was thrilled with everything about the facilities but especially enjoyed the hot tub!

The build and rooms were awesome! My sister and I stayed for 2 nights. The 1st night of our stay, their was contraction going on in the restaurant located directly below our room. We were woken up at 5am due to the noise. We were not very happy, but the staff was wonderful, understanding and made the trip right for us. 2nd night was great, no complaints!
