The views were amazing, the pool was gorgeous. Hotel breakfast is worth it. Hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport and drop us off. They helped us with all our needs & questions. Location is fantastic (yes there are a lot of stairs) but you can walk almost anywhere. Fantastic restaurants. One word of advice ask the hotel manager questions they will help out and make suggestions.

Platis Yialos is a very nice beach. There is a charge for the use of the sunbeds which is quite expensive. There is a good beach bar called Yialo Yialo. They serve good food and the staff are very nice in there.
Do not go to the DK Oyster bar, this is the bar with the black umbrella's outside on the beach. They have a terrible reputation for ripping people off, sometimes for 100's of Euros. This happened to me a number of years ago and happened to another resident in our hotel this year. She was charged 500 Euros for not very many drinks and something to eat!

The beach is well organised, with many restaurant options. There’s a 5 stars hotel, with a beach bar called Branco, which was really good.
I’d say that 85% of the beach is covered by the sun beds for rental. The remaining part is public, so people can lay down on the sand on their own towels.
The water is beautiful, clean, and transparent. However, a bit cold in October.

The place is conveniently located if one wants to go to the beach or to visit the city of Mykonos where all the buzz is. One can use the bus or rent car, scooter or ATV. Mykonos is expensive, so be prepared to pay 36 Euro for a 3km Uber drive.

Amazing area. Beautiful beach with plenty of amenities
Easy access to bus to get to Mykonos town
Fabulous experience
Great place for people of all ages including families
Very active and lively without excessive noise
Staff were fantastic, they can not do enough for you, Hotel is situated high on a hill with a small view of the sea. We found Mykonos quite expensive compared to other islands but the staff made us aware to check prices first. Psarou beaches was our favourite, not so crowded as Platis Gialos beach with lovely soft sand, where you can watch the coming and goings of all the super yachts that are moored up there. We found a lovely restaurant called Nikolas Taverna that is a 10 min walk along the beach front serving fantastic food.
Very cozy and charming place. Everything was nice and clean and only few minutes walk to the beach. Antonio who is managing the property was very resourceful in explaining how to take bus, what places are great to eat at, what to see in Mykonos. The place has beach towels, espresso machine, little kitchenette.. it also has a little outdoor area with a coffee table surrounded by trees. it was a nice place in the shade to have a morning coffee or read a book during high sun.
Located 5 min walk from Platis Gialos beach and grocery store, bakery, bus, water taxi, cafes and beach clubs all in walking distance. Rooms are more an apartment with plenty of space and proper kitchen if needed. Personal balcony with the view of the sea made our morning breakfast even more beautiful. Thanks to Vesilias for all the suggestions for Mykonos and for our free pickup and drop
Mykonos itself is on the expensive side but Villa Meliti is a good balance
Very nice hotel with five star staff. A special mention to Eleni that was always super friendly, kind and very supportive in giving us advices and making sure we had a great time in the island. Good breakfast with an amazing view to the sea.
The position is pretty strategic directly on the nice Platis Yalos beach and close to the others. Also Mykonos town is only 15 min away. We used the transfer arranged by the hotel to visit the island and it was perfect.
Wonderful hotel in the perfect setting close to the beach with many bars and restaurants a short walk away and a 15 minute bus ride to Mykonos town. All the staff extremely friendly with Aggelos in particular looking after our every needs. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with perfect views across the pool and to the sea…brilliant choice of fresh food and drinks every day. The spa was also very good with a fabulous massage by Vasiliadis George.
The hotel is very modern and smells great. The reception staff, valets, and pool staff were very helpful. The spa facilities are very nice - with different pools for soaking, and treatments to suit all needs. The pool itself and surrounds look chic. Beach is a 5-min walk, with a short walk to a few more beaches and Scorpios nearby. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. Best cocktails I've had on the island.
Great location! Bus to Mykonos town is really cheap and runs regularly. There’s a nice atmosphere to the strip of hotels and it’s lovely and chilled.
Breakfast was also excellent- loads of choice.
We were upgraded to a beach front room-amazing!
Eva at reception was so kind to us after a mishap with our ferry over.
All the staff were so friendly and attentive.
Would definitely recommend.
Petinos Beach Hotel was excellent. It was the second time we have stayed at one of the Petinos properties and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived Anastasia was helpful and and always there to help and guide us. Gregory was always with a smile. Anastasia gave us the best recommendations on Mykonos and we thank her so much!
The hospitality here is exceptional! They offer free shuttle service from the airport, we were then greeted by a super friendly staff. Our room was ready before checkin and the view from the room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and we liked this part of Mykonos island, because the beach is super chill, and you still have options for food.
This is our 4th stay at Kamari and it gets better every time. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is plentiful and delicious, hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are wonderful, warm and like family. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the beach, bakery, restaurants and bars and 10 mins by bus to Mykonos town.
Really exceptional and personalized service. Awesome family-run boutique hotel, and every individual worked diligently to accommodate our request. Also nearly beachfront, with a <5 minute walk to several beaches. Quite romantic, and great spot for couples.
Lovely clean and modern hotel rooms, close to the beach and a bus into Mykonos town is right outside so the location is ideal. 2 pools, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Would definitely come back. The gyros from the place next door is great too!
Hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect situated on cliff with magnificent views. Two beaches and restaurants are in walking distance.
We loved the hotel and would go back in a second!
Beautiful apartment room, nice big bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony. Was a beautiful hotel and nice pool area. Right next to the bus stop to get to the main town of Mykonos and short walk from a couple beaches
This is a tiny little gem of a hotel/villa in Mykonos. It is close to the beaches and bars yet it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Sofia was lovely and made a delicious breakfast each morning. I definitely hope to return!
Really kind and helpful people working in the staff
The whole area of the hotel is beautiful - don't miss the swimming pool, an amazing big bedroom, really nice breakfast, well located near the Platis Gialos beach.
Great location with beaches, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. And Mykonos town easy to reach by public bus in 10 min from right outside the hotel
