Room was exceptional and the owner provided a bottle of wine with light refreshments in the fridge. He was also very responsive when we locked ourselves out of the room.

Every was perfect. Great boutique which is own by a very nice family. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and took a deluxe suite which was very comfortable. The hotel is linked to Terre Nera beach which makes like easier with sun beds. The restaurant was also delicious and very reasonable. We could not have wished a better place in Santorini. A special thanks to Christie who made our life easier and Ketarina. Honestly if I could put 11 I would not hesitate.

I liked how well the staff took care of us and our needs. They gave us good advice about where to go and what to see, and knowledge about the area we were in. The breakfast was great, and the lofts were very cute and clean.

Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini.
Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini. It is sandy and doesn't have any big stones on the entrance to the water. It gets very deep in the water very fast. There are many lovely bars and restaurants, and it is easy to reach either by car or by bus from Fira.
So it works perfectly for a full day of beach and sea experience.

Great relaxing vibe.
Great relaxing vibe. Wonderful food & drinks at reasonable prices. Great beach which is deep as soon as you walk in. Perfect weather & water temperatures in August when we stayed there. A massage on the beach was WONDERFUL. Food & drinks service from your sunbed. The black sand didn't bother me, at least it has sand and not stones & rocks!

Perivolos is a good place if you want to be close to the beach and in a quiet area. But there are not many shops around that you can walk to quickly, so a car is needed to get to bigger supermarkets and bakeries. It's possible to take the bus to Fira but can be very crowded. You can book taxis to get around but they are not cheap, 35-40 euros one way to Fira.

Other than the beach which we did not like and the restaurants right out the back of the hotel, there was nothing you can walk to. We had to take car service wherever we wanted to go. We spent a lot of money on cars.

Amazing hospitality by Maria the manager..Very cosy place.
Amazing hospitality by Maria the manager..Very cosy place. Beach is just around the corner. The beautiful TA Kavourakia tavern where we had our incredible breakfast and a lots of laughs with Efi ,Giannis and Panos.
The place is really beautiful and in a very strategic position: it is a few meters from the beach of Perivolos and a few meters from the bus stop that allows you to reach many places. But what I want to emphasize in this review is the immense availability of Ritza and his staff and the kindness with which they welcome the customer. In my life I have really stayed in many places, but I have never found such kind and helpful people. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Santorini!
My family and I had a great stay at Villa Mare. Our rooms were upgraded at no charge. Breakfast was served to our rooms, fresh and delicious with a smile :)
Maria and her husband are such great hosts. So kind and lovely. They made us feel at home. Clean rooms, with all the facilities, wifi, air on, etc. There is also free parking. The black beach of Perivolos is just outside the hotel. Good restaurants in the area too. I will recommend my friends to go there. We loved it.
Really beautiful and clean room + toilet. It was a 4-5 minutes walk away from the beach with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach was excellent, clean and clear waters, would highly recommend Perisa for people wanting to spend around a week in Santorini. The buses are well connected to Thira (about half an hour bus ride) and depart/arrive quite frequently. The staff were also very kind and stored our luggage for a few hours after the check out.
Nice and quiet place to relax. 5 minutes walk and you are on the beach. Well-fitted pool area. Beach towels are available in the room. Clean rooms. Cleaning is done daily. Very good breakfast. Good coffee and fresh orange juice every morning. Maria, who works at the reception, is fantastic. She gave useful tips for traveling around Santorini. I would definitely recommend choosing this place if you like peace and quiet.
Everything! Yannis the owner welcomed us personally and checked us in, explained everything including the fact that as hotel guest we had access to Seaside beach chairs&umbrellas.
Room was spacious and spotless.
Breakfast was a definite highlight with everything made fresh and very generous portions!
5min walk to Perivolos beach.
Spacious and clean property. The amenities were excellent. Perivolos beach is only a few minutes walking distance. There is a mini market at 2 min walking distance. The host Irini was excellent. She arranged the taxi for us. We used the same taxi to go to various places in Santorini. Most enjoyable experience!
We stayed with a group of friends at Blackcoast Santorini. We had an amazing time. The place was clean. Sylvia was cleaning our room every single day. The pool was great and had salty water. The shop is very close, walking distance and the beach as well. We had the best time and we'll come back.
The place was extraordinary! The view is exceptional and Mara and her lovely Husband are more than hospitable. The suite was super clean and the location is right on the beach with a lot of options around to dine or party. We definitely recommend it and looking forward to going back soon🤍🇬🇷
Perfect location for last day in Santorini to chill out on the beach waiting for flight late in the evening.
After check out we were given towels for the beach and a comfortable changing room with shower and hairdryer.
On arrival an upgraded room was assigned with no extra charge.
One of the best hotels we have stayed! The room was preety amazing and extremely clean. We spent the half day at the pool and it was perfect! The hotel food is super. We totally recommend this hotel, especially for its location close to the black sandy beach of Perivolos!
Amazing location, extremely friendly personal, very close to beach, bars and supermarket. Rent a quad nearby and this location will allow you to experience Santorini without breaking the bank. We will be back! Highly recommending this place! Ps. Swimming pool is great!
- The family taking care of the hotel is one of the best. Period. Helpfull, nice, kind and is willing to explain and help out on any questions you have.
- Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.
- Great location close to beach.
- Studio is nicely done, room looks neat.
This stay was a birthday surprise from my fiancé, and indeed it was a perfect one! So so beautiful hotel! We relaxed and enjoyed our time there, as the whole team is the best. We booked extra nights and we will return there again next year.
Location in a very quiet area of Perivolos, the girl at the reception and the lady in the breakfast room were very nice. Beach service and pool are good. Rooms have the basics that you need (safe, fridge, towels, wifi). In all, a good stay
The location was perfect and the surrounded Bar's and Restaurants were just great to have a noon snack or drink. I liked that the Hotel made sure that only hotel guests could use the sun umbrellas on the beach.
It was very good value for money in Santorini, a nice room with a nice pool for the guests. The receptionist is very friendly and gives you all information about the hotel and the area.
We loved this place - right on the beach, staff who went above and beyond for us and were always friendly. The private pool each room has is a really nice touch that we enjoyed a lot.
