The place was awesome! Spotless! Well planned tiny home with very tasteful decor. So modern. The bed was extremely COMFY! There were loads of electrical outlets. Top quality appliances and free Prime streaming. Everything you could ever need was included. I forgot my curling iron....there was a curling iron. We could have even had a fire! Penny was a wonderful hostess!

Peterborough has beautiful green spaces and lots of hiking trials. The University offers many cultural events open to the public (i.e. Powwow). Plus the campus is beautiful even in the winter months. Also, there are many shopping options and not far to Oshawa or Go Train to Toronto.

It has been many years since I’ve been to Peterborough and I was shocked at the degradation over large part of the downtown… Graffiti and lots of homeless with obvious signs of prolific drug use. In three days I was there I never saw a single police officer. I did not feel safe in the downtown. It’s no longer the beautiful city I remember and would never consider retiring there.

I all ready gave my big review, but one thing I noticed later was this star reward for each night you stay of which I Have lost out on as staff did not inform me about. The only negative to my trip. Also reviewing all the things to see and do which the area has plenty of. Was not a part of this trip. I live in peterborough and this stay was a birthday getaway.

Our room was not made up, we were told we should have asked for that service as Covid is an issue, which I understand. We should have been informed of this at checkin. We’re told this was explained in our reservation. I looked and could not find this in the 5 reservations and reminders you send me.
I asked that the manger call me when we checked out as she was not there at the time. I called at 10.24 am on August 14 and am still waiting for Nicole to call me.
We have stayed at many Hampton inns and this is the first and probably last time we will.
Very disappointed, They did give us a $20.00 credit, that still does not cut it
Staff service was poor, and the hotel lacked adequate security, and I simply didn't feel safe.
Personally felt safer outside of this hotel. After paying a higher premium for room with two beds, and a free breakfast, but my friend and I never received our breakfast.
One staff member personally recommended we go to the comfort inn instead next time, and I seriously might consider next time.
I used to come here as a kid, but I will no longer stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone...
Friendly landlady, clean and cozy apparment with versatile and useful cookware. Own parking place. Good breakfast ingredients! Perfect location to visit Peterborough, Lakefield, our friends and Curve Lake. We even got flowers for our friends from the owner's flower shop.
In this wonderful hotel, the morning began with a delightful breakfast spread. The room, adorned with warm hues, offered a serene retreat. The plush bed ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving us rejuvenated for the day's adventures. A perfect family getaway!"
it’s a very convenient location if you’re passing through Peterborough. lots of amenities around the area. but primarily we were able to bring our puppy which was a deciding factor. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Friendly staff, easy check-in/out. Rooms are always comfortable, quiet, and it's very cost-effective. The Quality Inn is my go-to place to stay whenever I come to Peterborough, and would recommend it to anyone.
Good value for the money: downtown Peterborough, and the discount coupon for local restaurants helped us realise the variety available: Riley's (a pub 2 blocks away) was great, and we might have missed it.
The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was beyond my expectations of a continental hotel breakfast and was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
