This hotel is very dated. The room furniture is very old. The rooms are dark, windows don't open. The air conditioning is extremely old and loud. There was a lot of construction on the property during our stay so it was constantly loud. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but checked out a day early because we couldn't stay there any longer. Honestly I do not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for something cheap and quick.
Belleville is a nice city. Certainly has grown over the years from when I remember it from the early 60's. There are some nice older buildings that many would be interested in. Belleville is also a nice springboard spot for some nice recreational areas such a Picton, Sandbanks Provincial Park, boating on the Bay of Quintie, etc. There's lots to do. Even drives around the area are very nice.
Our family had an amazing trip to Bellville on route to Shannonville for a drift family weekend. The downtown core had more shops and restaurants than our family's home town. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and we are looking forward to plan our next family getaway in the near future.
We ate at a Greek Italian restaurant down town across from the main theatre there which had very good food. There were Walmart, Dollarama, laundromat, No Frills and other big name stores that were conveniently located nearby including fast food. The grounds were near the Bay & had a nice walking/biking trail. There were also historical signs & monument in the nearby park and a dog enclosure for off leash dogs which made sense since the hotel is pet friendly and has a floor for them. Overall this is a nice place to visit if you want calm peace and quiet.
Belleville is a nice, quiet town that really comes alive during the summer weekends. It’s close to Sandbanks and offers a good selection of restaurants. In regards to retail, you can pretty much find everything. The park that’s bordering the Ramada hotel offers a very nice trail for cycling or walking.
Nice town, and Front St. North where the hotels are has everything, fast food, gas stations, groceries stores. Original downtown is very attractive. And of course a short drive to PE county and Sandbanks. Really enjoy getting takeout from Papa John's (pizza), do so on every visit.
The location, first hotel off the 401. The room size was able to accommodate 5 adults. Many surfaces or places to store cloth and our luggage. We were lucky when we were given the room earlier, that the housekeeping staff were around and accommodated ya with extra pillows and towels. Nice pre-packed breakfast bags, but no place to eat them, and if you forgot a spoon or salt/pepper you walk back to the breakfast area (all tables and chairs are put away)
Its location near the 401, a major intersection, within walking distance of a big mall, gas station, a park and a number of restaurants made Best Western Belleville an ideal stopover for a roadtrip. Breakfast of bacon, eggs and English sausages was satisfying. I enjoyed the chilled, ruby red grapefruit juice very much.👍
Belleville
Good stay overall. We chose this hotel because it was one of the last ones in the area who allow dogs and we appreciate that! Room had a microwave and a fridge which is always practical. Tv with french and english channels. Breakfast was grab and go because of Covid.
Everything...the breakfast was very good and very organized pickup. The cleanliness was spotless and the beds were comfortable and more than enough shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I always stay there when I go to sandbanks. This is the best hotel in Belleville.
Staff was so pleasant. We had a lovely queen studio. Nice breakfast, felt very safe considering we are in a pandemic. Will definitely be our place to stay in Belleville
Belleville
Better than some of the pricier hotels in Trenton/Belleville area. Bedding was clean, bathroom had fan, air and lights worked, included fridge, couch and tv.

Lady in breakfast area was fantastic. Nice walking trails beside hotel
