The looks, proximity to town and beach, the restaurant buffets. Hotel lobby is gorgeous. Restaurant is loud but good vibe. Parking is on the street, but free! Room is spacious. And it smells good! Great pool too…

The welcome was warm the knowledge of the front of house reception gentleman was brilliant. He directed us to a brilliant bar for excellent food. The hotel room was bright very clean and had a lovely balcony with a view over the sea and beach. The only down side was the train line outside but to be fair once the patio door was closed you didn't really hear the trains and I think they stopped running at night. Breakfast was nice and we were able to take our food on the patio to eat.

The feel of the place was different from most holiday...
The feel of the place was different from most holiday resorts. It was like a real Spanish village. There were a lot of Modernist buildings and some excellent restaurants, especially La Modernista. It was easy to get around for able-bodied people, but there were some problems for people with limited mobility as it is a little steep, but that is a problem of terrain, rather than lack of facilities. Very comfortable all in all, there is even bed that changes the angle. The host is very nice, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time and would gladly return! 30 Mins drive to Barcelona and there’s a train stop nearby. Walk across the street to the beach and beach restaurants. Hotel itself is incredibly charming, staff are friendly and accommodating. Recommend getting a room with a terrace because they're very nice. The common courtyard was a great place to sip morning coffee.
