Everything you could need , spotlessly clean,nice touches added like coffee, milk,biscuits and even small bottles of wine . Bed was the most comfortable we have ever had anywhere we have stayed, there was a welcomed fan as it was very hot while we were there , even the hairdryer was a good one , Kerry was very obliging when we asked for early check in , overall a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again .

The hot tub, sauna and steam room were all redeeming qualities and Were the best part of our stay. The greeting staff when being seated in the dinning hall were exceptional and extremely apologetic. Reception desk friendly and accommodating although overly multitasking. We were given complementary wristbands for the spa as a result of room change although I wanted to move again but didn't want to seem bothersome.

If you want a lovely friendly place to say, I would highly recommend. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the owners do go out of their way to help you and make your stay great. They also made sure that we had a parking space which was a massive bonus. They are lovely hard working people with a passion for their B&B. We stayed as we went to the Lytham Festival and we will definitely be booking again next year. Thank you!

They provide a quality to their customers and take pride in their business. The B&Bs location is ideal and is very quiet and relaxing.
