A good place to stop on the way from Poland / Austria to mid/south of Italy. The check-in process was flawless (self check-in in our case), the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Two tasty chocolates awaited us on the bed - a very nice touch :) The guests can enojoy a common kitchen with tea, coffe and some small snacks - that is a lovely idea! The complimentary breakfast was very good with a great variety of food. The are a lot of nice restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dog was also warmly welcomed :)

Great location Great breakfast, Flavio's tramezzini are to die for. Even though the season was over and there were few people the breakfast spread was awesome. You can tell he's a chef with worldwide experience. Modern apartment, very functional, bright, great bathroom / shower, comfy beds. Staff very helpful, kind, and nice. I truly felt welcome.

I have met some really nice people in my life but only very rarely have I experienced the kindness and hospitality I was treated with at this place. It felt like the staff, from housekeeping to receptionists, are just really happy people, they do not just pretend for the sake of their jobs. The hotel as well as the rooms were super clean, the breakfast very good and I could not complain about a single thing even if I wanted to. 10/10, thank you very much!

Nestle in the heart of the Dolomites in a town called Sappada, you find this piece of paradise. With panoramic views and it’s great location this hotel is the perfect mountain hotel. We came in winter for skiing but we need to return in the summer for walking trails. I think we may need to come this summer to enjoy nice long walking adventures. With nearly 200 year of family history, this hotel is run by Carla & Mauricio (the owners) and they’ll make you feel like one of their own. I mean it. Nice does not begging to describe them. They are the soul to the Earth. Carla is in charge of the kitchen, she makes italian style croissants and all sort of home made cakes every morning!. The natural yogurt is brought daily by a local farmer with a recipe that has been in the family for generations. Mauricio is a force of nature, friendly, chatty and ever so helpful. The place has been done recently in truly dolomite style with stunning craftsmanship wood work. It’s the perfect mixed between traditional & modern. And as a designer myself i have felt inspired What can i say… it’s a 10 out of 10 for us. We will be back
