It's also walking distance for several food options but if you're wanting to go further a field, the highway is close by and makes it easy to travel. There is no noise coming from the highway. Breakfast was included and it was good, not great but better than nothing.

Close to great restaurants, service stations, grocery and convenience stores.Also close to the attractions we came to see: Concert at Simmons Bank Arena; Museum of Discovery; Arkansas Zoo and the Fairgrounds where we attended the State Fair. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! 😀

Full hot breakfast with grab and go bag option. If you have to stay in Batesville then this is the place but the prices are outrageous. I may stay in Searcy on my next family visit.

In my opinion they are probably operating on a small budget because they are not a chain BUT that means that they focus on a very comfortable bed, very clean rooms, and genuine hospitality. I know of only 2 of these type hotels in my state and will always choose them over any other. Breakfast was basic but well laid out and fresh. There is a waffle maker, fresh fruit, hot coffee, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and many other options. The breakfast space was close to all the rooms. There is a TV to watch news or sports while enjoying your breakfast.
