The place is really beautifully located close to San Gimignano. The views in the morning and evening are great and totally quiet and calming. You have total privacy at the place next to the main house and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. Also it was really nice to meet Stan and his daughter Anna in person. Stan had so many great tips and advices for Tuscany but also Livorno etc. and was just the kindest! We really enjoyed our stay!

We would like to thank our host Giulia and her family for the help and kindness we received. We liked everything here and we will be happy to come back. It was for us an all-round successful vacation which was made possible for us here. The complete villa has been beautifully cut and lovingly renovated. The room layout is perfect for a relaxing vacation. In the kitchen it is great to cook with several people. There are around the house sitzgelengenheiten available where you can eat in the evening or morning cozy and spend time together. The pool is just fantastic we had a lot of fun here with pool games and to relax just perfect. We got from our hosts a delicious cake and pork ribs Italian style it just tasted delicious. The villa invites you to relax and have peace and quiet. Thank you very much for your help in interpreting for our daughter who had to go to the hospital. We will definitely come back as we liked it so much.

The apartment is well located next to the Duomo and with views out the other side to the Tuscan countryside. So beautiful. Our hosts Concetta and her husband were very attentive and accommodating and assisted us to park temporarily to drop off luggage in the old Hill town and to organise a parking card for the duration of our stay. If you have a car, it's best to check out early ( say 7am, so that you can bring the car close to the apartment to load baggage) then skedaddle vua the narrow streets before they fill with tourists. It's a nice drive early in the mornjng through beautiful countryside to a nearby village.. say Monteriggioni... for breakdast.

The public parking situation all around San Gimignano is ghastly impossible without reserved parking. Same for Montepulcino, Montalcino, Volterra, Siena and others. Of course, there is a little of climbing to do, but that's very normal in this area. The kind owners live nearby and maintain the swimming pool and garden. Also, in case of advise, they are not far away, but on a safe distance to respect your privacy.
