To wyjątkowe poddasze zostało wyremontowane i odrestaurowane w roku 2023 z zachowaniem autentycznych elementów architektonicznych. Goście mogą cieszyć się niepowtarzalnym klimatem tego miejsca które łączy nowoczesne udogodnienia z historycznym charakterem. Z okien rozpościera się wyjątkowy widok na Kościół Mariacki oraz Zamek Królewski na Wawelu. Z drugiej strony apartamentu można podziwiać unikalny zabytkowy dach Domu pod Globusem, obecnie siedziby Wydawnictwa Literackiego. W apartamencie jest klimatyzacja. W kamienicy nie ma windy. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 4 piętrze. Mieszkanie składa się z dużego bardzo przestronnego salonu z rozkładaną sofą i z aneksem kuchennym, sypialni z podwójnym łóżkiem typu King Size oraz antresoli z podwójnym łóżkiem, która powiększa powierzchnię mieszkania o dodatkowe 20 m kw. Jest to targ na którym można zakupić nie tylko świeże owoce i warzywa sezonowe ale także prawdziwe specjalności jak na przykład grzyby leśne, nabiał, sery, wędliny, miód i kwiaty, które oferowane są przez rolników z regionu. Ulica Krowoderska przy której znajduje się budynek jest bardzo cicha i spokojna. Są tu zlokalizowane specjalistyczne polskie sklepy. Nie ma głośnych barów czy dyskotek. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się "Pływalnia YMCA", najstarszy kryty basen w Polsce. Do apartamentu można dojechać samochodem. Zaparkować można przy ulicy Krowoderska czy wielu innych sąsiednich uliczkach. W godzinach 10- 20 od poniedziałku do soboty jest tu strefa płatnego parkowania. W pobliżu przy ulicy Biskupiej znajduje się duży parking na którym są zawsze wolne miejsca. Rezerwacja miejsca parkingowego nie jest konieczna.
