The host is very attentive and very nice to talk to, it's quite easy to get there, the location is very convenient, 10 min by taxi to the airport (+the host offers an airport shuttle for 50 PLN), and the owners left sweets, which was very nice 🥰 the shower is clean, everything is clean. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a kettle for brewing herbal tea, cutlery and other kitchen utensils - which is very good, and the price is also nice! I'm very glad I stayed, I'll definitely come back again if I have the opportunity 🙂 Book it - you won't regret it, i loved it :)

Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

I rarely give 10 star reviews but this was excellent. Arrived at Kraków Airport at 11pm. Called the hotel to request a transfer, they immediately responded and within 5 minutes the van was there to pick me up. 3 minutes Airport to hotel. Check in was also super smooth. Excellent facilities, spotless clean and spacious room with comfy bed. Next morning I had my transfer back to the airport, which was just as smooth. Stag was very polite, on perfect time. Can't fault a thing.

Breakfast needs to have an element of take away if some people have to leave early to the airport. I have no idea why to this day this is not being done in any of the places. What would be great to have to travel between this Hotel and the airport would be a small tram that would just circle around every 10 minutes so there would be no need to book shuttle bus or other forms of transport. You would have more customers that Garden Inn in this way. Get it done! Seriously!

New (2024 build), modern, clean and contemporary Rain shower Well equipped 3 bus stops from Balice airport Great communication with the host who were very professional and timely and their prompt replies were much appreciated Being able to book a lift to airport with the host (50 zloty approx 10 pounds in October 2025) was really helpful

The rooms are located in the sprawling gardens of Pałac Balice. Spring, summer and autumn in the gardens are magnificent - full of colours. The location is 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, but one needs to order for it a day earlier.
