The location was beautiful and peaceful. I traveled for work and was comfortable with the proximity to my office as well as the use of the Wi-Fi when I was working from my room. The room was lovely and the host was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my future trips to Burgdorf area.

The only irksome thing was the Wifi. Most hotels just let you into their Wifi as a guest and the others just need a password. Having to sign into Swissscom and giving them all sorts of info was a little over the top for me.

The Bellevue is a 5 star hotel and it shows! Beautiful, historical, lovely, lush. Staying at the Bellevue was a big treat for us. We enjoyed it very much!
