A beautiful garden, very nice Pool with salt water, which is very soft, no problems for the eyes when you swim with your eyes open underwater. Very nice family! You get the real Italian feeling here. Il dolce far niente! We will definitely come back here again.

Carole, the host was lovely and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. She also speaks English. The pool and garden are are very well maintained. The area is nice and close to lots of amazing Umbrian villages and towns. The kitchen is well equipped (just no oven) and cake on arrival is a lovely touch. I can imagine coming back here again just the two of us, or with friends and family. Highly recommend!

Very nice location, big room with big kitchen, very friendly staff and free parking. The breakfast we got was good, fresh and local. They also have a cute dog, big yard and outside seating.

This hotel was SUCH a surprise treat! My teenage son was performing at the Teatro Nuovo with his high school in Spoleto, and I booked this hotel because it had a pool. What I didn't realize was that it was a HUGE property with all sorts of animals (Donkeys, Turkeys, Chickens, Sheep...), a pool, tennis courts, futsal courts, volleyball, and more! The property was a little out of the way from Spoleto proper (about 15m) but it was absolutely spectacular. My youngest son fell in love with their dog Archie and frankly all of the animals. The owners could NOT have been more amazing! They helped us with our bags, had a lovely breakfast in the morning, and let us roam the property and hang out with all of the animals. We more or less had the property to ourselves as it was off season but there were 1 or 2 other couples there as well. We will absolutely come back to Spoleto and this spot will be our first choice!!!

Beautiful rooms, beautiful property and amazing staff. Everyone made us feel very very welcome and were exceedingly friendly and warm. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and delicious.

The situation of the property was super , not too far from the city of Spoleto , we were travelling by car so they à have huge parking.. They also offer a dinner menu with the specialty of the region for a very good price
