Oh where do I start... Everything.... We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Caye Casa. The property is absolutely picturesque and amazing. The location is perfect, right next to heart of town but off the beaten path on the beach, and within easy walk of some of the best bars and restaurants you will ever find. The staff are just out of this world, giving you 5* service at 3* value.... Besides the value there is nothing 3* about this property definitely 4-5* all around. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. The cleaning staff are first rate. They definitely take immense pride in what they do, and always so happy and eager to take care of anything you may need. From extra towels, laundry services to just sweeping your front porch and steps of pesky sand. They are happy to be of service. Thank you so much Marta and Cindy. The front desk service is spot on. From greeting us as soon as we arrived with ice cold complimentary beers. To happily changing out our drinking water bottles every time they were empty. Shane may have been the newest member of the staff. But he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Acted as if he had years of experience and not just a few weeks. Jake the manager is what you would expect from a new York 5* concierge. He is the heart of this property. Your happiness is his number one priority. If there is anything you need all you need is ask Jake. I don't think there is anyone living on San Pedro Jake doesn't know and that they don't love him. From the best bar food, relaxed beach front dinning to the most upscale dinning. Jake can set you up and will make sure to get you a table. If your wanting to take an excursion Jake knows the best people that can take you. Thank you Jake and the rest of your fabulous staff. We are anxious to make our return trip soon.

The room was exceptionally clean, have great view to the beach, was able to watch the sunrise, the staff were very friendly, attentive and greeted us with a smile all throughout our stay whenever we would enter or exit the establishment, I would recommend or stay there again oh the bed was so comfortable which allowed me to rest well.

The property was a great boutique hotel on the island of San Pedro! Upon arrival we were greeted, provided a cool eucalyptus towel to serenade our senses and open our hearts to what would be our home for the next four days. We sipped on a refreshing, cool lime 🍋‍🟩 drink Andre the staff. Josh, Karna, Sebastian, Vicky and the three additional members, morning chef, late night dinner server/ bartender, and property manager, Omgoodness all memorable and absolutely nothing short of amazing! The hotel offers an authentic experience with a unique atmosphere for a full body massage on the beach, two separate dining areas, great bartenders and a wonderful lounge area and pool to relax and enjoy your neighbors, from all over the world. The best part was that, no matter where you came from, once you were here, you were family and you were loved. Culturally, it was great to be on one accord and in unison, seeking only rest, refuge and relaxation but leaving with a sense of peace, belonging to and unity amongst all of us, in this beautiful country of Belize. Truly an amazing experience. I will be back sooner than later. One thing that spoke volumes about the experience was that on our first night, upon arrival we had been advised to contact a local guy for golf cart rentals, which were to be cheaper than the hotel, however we were fortunate enough to have Josh, check with the safety features, lights, gas levels, insurance and taxes etc, and thankfully he looked out for us. It was a great relief, knowing that in the evening later on in the trip, that 2/3full gas tank, both headlamps working and shining brightly, along with an over view of the need to know as it pertained to traveling on the roads and through the large puddles of water from the recent rainy days. All of this would come in handy as we were traveling back, after a full day out at Secret Beach 🏖️ on the opposite side of the island and worth every bit of the trip. Clean, big rooms, amazing staff

The shower water is hot enough. Pool is beautiful. The resort is just right beside the sea. Beautiful view when you have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food at Magic grill is great with very reasonable price. Staffs are super friendly.

Quiet location on the Belize River. I stayed here for the last three days of my four weeks in Belize. Howler monkeys, pool, great on site restaurant that accommodated my vegetarian / no gluten diet. Thank you to all staff especially the reception staff and to Jay in the restaurant. It was convenient to visit both Lamanai and Cave tubing. This is a great, close to the airport, hotel. .I am so pleased my trip to Belize included stays beyond the beaches. Thank you Black Orchid Resort for a lovely, quiet and convenient place to complete my stay in Belize.

Location was good , but really liked the property

It’s a beautiful, spacious, well designed residence with high-end furnishings. There are many thoughtful touches for guests’ comfort, Including a washer and dryer.
