The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. It has all facilities we need. The location was good, about 10-15 minutes from the restaurant area.

No view - Didnt spend much time in room so it didnt matter

Kangaroo island inn has a great view of the beach, the room was comfortable and clean and township is just a walk away

Outside of town, it lets you feel the natural nature which is the main thing in KI. Simple cabin with good facilities. Were flexible with check in an check out times

The hotel is located in the main shopping strip of Kingscote so was very central. The room was very clean and represented good hotel type accommodation with a good array of teas and coffee and milk etc and shampoo and similar being provided. A comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful.

Everything. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious. Surrounded by wildlife. Excellent communication w owners.

A cosy home in the heart of Kingscote with everything you could ask for

We were delighted and very happy with the accommodation, our host Brett, his lovely dog Chase, who was very respectful at all times and we loved the location. It was quiet, comfortable, with ripper internet!!! It was very clean and we respected that by taking our shoes off at the door. We will be back if at all possible. I really enjoyed hearing the birds morning and evening. Bush curlews, magpies and galahs were featured. The neighbours had ducks, chooks and guinea-fowl which made a lovely bucolic atmosphere. There was a short walk to the local beach too. Not for swimming though, but a nice walk nonetheless.

Just a top bloke with great vibes, he took the time to come over on the first day and show us all the bits and bobs around the cabin. You can also feel the love Brett has for Nel with the decor and heart inside this cabin.

My son was the main guest. He chose the place. He was absolutely thrilled. He is on the autism spectrum and has some sensory issues, and has had previous bad experiences on holidays, so this was a major win! He loved the comfy leather couches, the two TVs, the comfy bed & spacious bedroom, the large entertainment area, the effective air conditioner (handy because we went there in hot weather), the DVD collection and the location.

The house is well located in Kingscote, walking distance to the shopping area and to pubs and a wine bar. There was off street parking for our car. The beds were very comfortable

This was my first trip to Australia, which I had been planning for awhile. However, at the last minute I invited my brother, who is not a seasoned traveller. I had to find a place in Kingscote that was well located for me, but also comfortable for his rookie travels. The Armadale house fulfilled all requirements, and then some. We stayed in six other locations in Australia, including Hiltons, and this was his favorite. This place is super comfortable, with parking, and was a dream to stay at. This is super affordable, too. I was lucky to have found this place.

Well provided for a comfortable stay from milk to amble towels, Ironing box, a Jug of cold water in fridge.

We loved the place and facilities inside. Closer to the town. Host is really helpful. Her responded to all our questions promptly. No hassles. We highly recommend this place

Very nice cottage. Very clean, well equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Lounge was comfortable, beds were comfortable and everything functioned well. Nice to have a carport and laundry room. Easy walk to the coastal walkway and into town. Highly recommend the cottage.

Very good central location to Kingscote. Good parking. Comfortable, secure and private. I would stay again, perfect for a short business trip.
