The staff were exceptionally friendly and client-oriented. They accommodated our early check-in request, brought complimentary fruits to our room, and were always ready to assist with any needs. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a dedicated working area and a coffee machine, which I greatly appreciated. It was spotless, and the towels and bathrobes were replaced promptly, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.

Personal, temizlik ve konum çox yaxşı idi. Biz check in vaxtından 4-5 saat öncə çatmışdıq otele, xahiş ettik administrator Faiq bəy bizə köməklik gösterdi, əlavə ödeniş etmədən otelə erkən giriş ettik. Hovuz, hamam ve jakuzi də super idi. Mən anamla gəlmişdim və hər ikimiz gözəl zaman keçirdik. Qaxdan və Səngər Qala Oteldən xoş təəssüratlarla ayrıldıq. Faiq bəyə qonaqpərvərliyinə göre xususi təşəkkürlər.
