Perfect. Best thing was the staff . Special thanks to Suzan who was eager to help and was very nice . She spoke very well English which helped me alot .The room was spacious , clean and bed was comfortable. I loved that my room had a bathroom with bidet which almost non existent in rest of hotels . One thing that the bathroom has a glass door with electrical curtains. Was fine by me as i was alone . The breakfast was great . They had live noodle section which i loved . Its around 13 minute walk to subway . 10 minute from peoples park . Location generally is great .

This was my first accomodation once I arrived to China - hence I had to deal with app-related issues, planning some activities, getting used to the currency. And while the hostel and its location deserve a round 8 (mostly location-wise, a bit far from the core of Chengdu), the helpfulness and extreme kindness of the whole staff - and in particular of Damon, with whom I've been in touch since a week or so before to land - have been priceless and led to a well-deserved 10/10. Thank you guys, you were precious!

Convenient location next to subway exit, there is a hotpot and tea place a short walk away. Comfortable and value for money. Staff are very helpful.

For a city like Chengdu, accommodation plays a crucial role in the travel experience. As we returned from Jiu Zhai Gou, Mira was on standby at the lobby and provided us a smooth checking-in with the best view of Cheng Du as usual. The in-room washing machine was a game-changer, making packing much easier since we had to move quickly to the next destination. During this stay, Ana gave fantastic recommendations for visiting the panda park, where we enjoyed watching adorable pandas play and roll around. Conversations with Kathy and Leo provided valuable insights into Chengdu’s culture, must-visit spots, and the best places to satisfy my hotpot cravings. I also want to thank two other nightshift staff members, whose names I regret forgetting, for their assistance. In a tech-savvy city like Chengdu, where many services rely on mobile apps for food ordering, ride-hailing, and navigation, excellent customer service becomes essential. The staff’s patience in guiding us through these apps was invaluable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip. Overall, their support truly enhanced our experience.

As a huge panda lover in the Panda City, receiving the adorable panda plushie alongside a whole collection of panda-themed gifts, local foods, and treats completely stole my heart! ​Thank you to the entire team for making Chengdu feel like home. Best hotel in Chengdu downtown

Staff was excellent, spoke English well and helped us out with everything we asked for. It's a beautiful spot on a renovated traditional street, but still a short walk to the metro (for easy access to taikoo li, Tianfu, train stations) and walking distance from kuanzhai. Make sure you have some tea in the park next door. Airport pickup was seemless. We also enjoyed the breakfast wontons.

The facilities of the property is clean, staffs and so nice and very accommodating and can speak English, the location is accessible

The location is good. Staff is nice and attentive. One of the staff that I forget to ask her name was really helpful. She tried to help us with Wechat and communicated with the Didi's driver. My daughter loves staying here so much. She didn't want to leave. She enjoyed swimming every night. However, if you want to swim, don't forget to bring the swimming cap. If we have a chance to visit Chengdu again, we will definitely stay here.

Best hotel we have ever stayed ! We enjoyed so much the room and food ! We stayed 6 nights there . We love the location and services . Breakfast is really good with lots of choices. Room is very comfortable and luxury ! We were so spoiled there ! 7 stars!!!

We had a wonderful stay, and one of the highlights was the daily buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes and particularly good choices of meat. We really enjoyed having such a wide selection available every day. Another highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. A special mention goes to the three young men on the concierge team — William, Bob, and Jason. Bob was extremely helpful in resolving an incorrect charge from a Didi taxi, and he handled the issue with great patience and professionalism. William went above and beyond when my wife needed some medicine, helping us find a local pharmacy and even arranging for the correct medication to be delivered to the hotel. Jason was always ready to assist, especially when communicating with taxi drivers and helping us find things to do and places to visit. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay truly special. They are a real credit to the hotel, and we sincerely appreciate everything they did for us. We would be very happy to stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully located next to the metro, the city centre and directly across from a beautiful lush walking park and lake filled with gold fish and wetland marsh vegetation creating an amazing scenery.

The location was great! The staff were friendly and responsive! The breakfast was delicious and like the varieties they offered. The beds were comfortable!
