Architecture, layout and decoration were just out of this world..... Highly recommended if you are visiting Beijing

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. During the hot summer days in Beijing, the hotel provided excellent air conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor was delicious — highly recommended!

Every thing was amazing, very nice and helpful staff, so clean room, full facilities and they charge free water when ever you want, very various and delicious international and chinese breakfast. there was free coffee machine an detox water in the lobby. I really recommend to travelers in beijing.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the Concierge Desk (probably one of them was the Head Concierge). They're very knowledgeable and resourceful. Their English was very good. Communicating with them was smooth and easy. Breakfast was also very good and tasty, and with great variety of choices. The restaurant staff were helpful too. We had great breakfast and ready for our travel plan every day. Room was comfy and clean. We had very good rest every night. Location was great. Short walk to Wangfujing and subway station. Can find almost anything in the neighborhood. If you have time, check out their Premiere Lounge on the 17th floor. You can get a glimpse of the Forbidden City there! We'll stay there again if we go to Beijing.

Excellent hotel. The service was excellent, all the staff members are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are neat and tidy, all the required necessities are provided and more. They provide extra beds as well. I am extremely happy with my stay. Will definitely recommend 👍🏽

Very convenient room, located very close to whatever you need: - the walking big street with shops - metro - a bakery that also offers coffee, Starbucks and numerous great restaurants - a seven eleven . Also hotel staff was very friendly and would always help us with the Chinese translations, how to get where etc. Pro tip: Have a metro map before landing at the airport.

Definitely, this hotel is fantastic, perfectly located right in the heart of the city, nestled within a Hutong where you can truly explore the local culture. There are two metro stations very close by, along with supermarkets, restaurants, and a fresh fruit and vegetable market that was a great help during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a washer and dryer, very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and always willing to assist us throughout our visit. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it turned out to be a wonderful discovery on our trip to China.

Zhong An Hotel is a charming property hidden in a small hutong near Beijing Railway Station. The layout has a traditional courtyard style, which makes it feel peaceful and authentic compared to many larger hotels in the city. The common areas, like the courtyard and lobby, are cozy and give the place a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are simple but functional, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and reliable hot water. The WiFi works fine most of the time. Some rooms are smaller and a bit basic, while the courtyard-facing ones feel brighter and quieter. Bathrooms could use small updates, but overall the property is kept clean. The location is one of its strongest points — only a few minutes’ walk to the station and subway, yet once you’re inside the hotel, it feels tucked away and calm. There’s also a restaurant and a small seating area downstairs, which is convenient if you don’t want to head out. Overall, this is a well-maintained and authentic Beijing property, offering comfort and character at a very fair price.

Adorable location in a 10 min on foot to the Forbidden city. Really nice stuff, who try to help you with all questions. Brilliant room and especially bed, I slept like a baby!
