Right on the beach and super friendly and helpful staff made me feel like family.

The hotel staff did a great job taking care of any requests I had kindly helping me with the late checkout and any other needs that came up they were just consistently there. I think they are doing a great job using this place to its potential and the close proximity to the beach is really nice. It's also great that they offer tours and have a restaurant connected next door where the food was really good.. I enjoyed both the veggie burger the salad and spaghetti dish with vegetables they make great vegetarian food.

I loved everything about that place … literally everything

This is the second time we have stayed here now and we are always very happy with our choice. The team are delightful and do everything they can to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable. Having a small kitchen is also a wonderful addition when staying for a longer period. The breakfasts are also very good!

The whole experience was great! Staff was constantly nice and helpful and food delicious and facilities 100% clean at all times, even during the night.

Amazing location, very helpful and pleasant staff. facilities clean and comfy, very good breakfast served on the rooftop terrace… overall amazing service. All tours and trips can be arranged in the hotel and you don’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything extremely professional and also very good wifi considering the location.

The room and food were just superb. We really loved the fact that they take care of the stray dog from the area and that they also play a social rol in the community. Well done 👏

Could I list them ? Everything was perfect in this hotel, from the location to those beautiful rooms with Mountain View. And the staff ? Claudia our ‘coup de coeur ♥️’ the first French speaker we’ve met on our entire trip. Language Skills aside, she’s just the sweetest and got great managerial skills. Her staff and her made the stay really safe and fun ! Thats why we stayed longer than planned Everything is nearby, We visited around without a car.. People in Tarrafal are really kind

It's a short distance from the beach in a quiet street opposite a local school. The shared areas as kitchen, living room, bathroom and the balcony are cleaned daily. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. We really appreciated Cino our host, who gave us a lot of tips about where to go eat and how to best explore the island. We can only recommend him and his business.

The hotel has an amazing location by the coast - you can even hear the waves as you sleep from the seaside rooms. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel restaurant has the best food in Tarrafal. Wi-Fi worked well

Walking distance to the beach, great breakfast and dinner options. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. This place felt like an apartment, home away from home.

Beautiful location with 360 degree views. Room was clean and well lit and had all the necessities we needed. The natural landscape and animals on the property was an unexpected bonus. A bit further from the town center and the beach but still within walking distance. The views made up for the distance 100%. Can't wait to be back and experience the restaurant and rooftop once it's completed.

You couldn’t get a nicer owner! Super knowledgeable, spoke English very well. We pierced our tire and he drove us to the gas station to fix it and drove us back. He really makes this stay amazing. The location is splendid couldn’t ask for better.

My stay in the Hotel Blue Sky was absolutely great. The locality is nice and quiet, the hotel is close to the beautiful beach, the rich breakfast is served on the roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the Gratiosa hills. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. I fully recommend this Hotel to everyone.

The location was great, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the huge balcony was a real highlight. Breakfast and beach towels were available at Casa Strela just a few meters away, also with a lovely view. All in all, a very good place to stay.
