Accommodations in Luxor

The place is very nice. Facilities, people and good food.

Place unique! Very good breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at Nefertiti Hotel Luxor. The hotel was genuinely good, clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Very near to souk and Luxor Temple. Our room was nice and the bed was really comfortable, which made resting after long sightseeing days so easy. The staff were truly amazing. They were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay, especially on our departure day when they made sure we stayed comfortable while waiting for our bus. Their kindness really made a difference in our trip. The restaurant upstairs was great, with delicious food and a lovely view. And breakfast was a happy surprise with so many pastries to choose from. Overall, a great stay and definitely a hotel we would recommend.

* The hotel has a magical yard right on the bank of the Nile, with a large swimming pool and beautiful garden atmosphere. * Two affordable restaurants and a café that operates most of the day offer convenient dining options. * The staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. * The breakfast is exceptional — it covers almost everything you could imagine, with a wide variety to suit all tastes.

A must stay in hotel! It is perfectly situated near the temples and overlooking the Nile for an evening walks. The staff are Friendly and always greets you with a smile and a conversation, The morning’s breakfast has great local variety of choices. Highly recommended for both its location and hospitality!

Very warm welcome, especially female staff was amazing. Although the hotel is not new, it is still very comfortable.

Location is amazing, staff is so helpful and friendly

So I ended up staying two nights … Pool was cool. They serve food and drinks (with alcohol ;)

Everything was perfect. The staff excellent and Mustafa was by far the best encounter i made in Egypt

Great experience! Awesome breakfast, good location, clean place and very nice hosts always willing to help :)

Wonderful setting with a view over the Nile River. Exceptional staff. Beautiful pool area on the banks of the Nile. Fabulous breakfast spread and great variety of food available at the various restaurants. Close proximity to the Luxor sights, museum and temples.

Amazing hostel! Extremely affordable and has all the basic facilities needed for a comfy stay. Staff Ahmed is such a kind and nice person and allowed me to check out a bit late since I was late from my west bank tour. Good food and good Vibes. I recommend this to everyone especially solo travellers looking for a stay in Luxor!

The room are comfortable and spacious. The building has an elevator, so I don’t have to worry about stay on high floor. The owner and staff are very helpful. I can see the view of Nile river, valley of the king and the hot air balloon can be seen from the balcony. Only 5mins walk to Karnak:)

Good location! Good rooms, very comfortable.

Staff was great. First hotel in Egypt where the pictures matched the hotel.

Marwn was a great help and was able to get us hot air balloon rides for a great price.

The place was peaceful and convenient in West Bank, less people and tranquil. We also have a chance to cook our own food, stores and restaurants accessible and the Host Mr. Mohammed and his son Ibrahim was soooo nice to us.. Their helper Mahoud also always available for help.. The view from the balcony is amazing, Nile and mountain views. Given a chance we would like to comeback! Shukran Getdan!

We didn’t expect that it’s a whole flat. We are pleased how cleaned and tiny everything was. Mohammed was pleasant and welcoming too!

It was a great place. The owner was ultra kind, the house was large, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I would return

Best hotel in Luxor, with private Nile view and banana trees, stuff was so friendly, they help with many questions about city.. Specifically thanks to Mustafa, and Joda If you are looking quit and chill place it will be best location to stay.. and most beautiful things that you can see air baloons from hotel in the morning.. also food was so nice definitely must be tried

Absolute incredible. I’ve stayed here twice, this place is a hidden gem!! Everything is great.

The staff were amazing and very attentive to anything that was needed.

The hotel facilities. Excellent guys !

The highlight of our stay at Malkata House was undoubtedly Seed's hospitality. He and the chef looked after us exceptionally well throughout our four-night stay and genuinely made us feel welcome and comfortable. The property itself is beautifully decorated in a traditional Arabic style, with plenty of seating areas spread across different floors where guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We loved spending time in these communal spaces. The staff were also very accommodating when I asked about laundry. As a family of five, I had a full bag of washing and didn't want to be charged per item. The staff kindly agreed to wash the entire bag for USD 10, which I thought was very reasonable. After long days sightseeing in the heat, it was a huge help. The location is excellent for exploring the area. It is only a five-minute walk from the fascinating Medinet Habu, and from the rooftop and upper floors you can enjoy views towards the Valley of the Kings. Our children especially enjoyed cooling off in the pool every day. Overall, Malkata House offers warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a wonderfully peaceful escape from the crowds.

The confort and pampering of this hotel is just what you need after a full day of sight seeing. It is a breathtaking beauty, superb location, outstanding quality of service, spacious rooms and fine dinning within hotel. Top favorite from our travels in Egypt. Don’t think twice, this is the one you want.

Amazing hospitality, they were all very generous and kind! Made our trip in Egypt even better

Breakfast was great, coffee was exceptional! Everyone at the guest house was so accommodating to my needs as a solo traveler. I was able to have a private car each day in order to see all the sights at my own pace, and for a very good price as well! So much better than paying for group tours. Location of the guest house was safe, quiet, and right next to the Nile. The guest house organized a beautiful sunset dinner boat ride for me and arranged a car transfer to Aswan with some additional temple stops along the way.

Great hospitality and located right along the Nile river in front of historic landmarks such as Luxor Temple and Winter Palace Hotel Islam and all the team were great hosts and ensured we had everything we needed at all times

The friendliness of staff and its location near to the main attractions

Very charming, clean, and well maintained hotel on the west bank. The staff is always available, and the breakfast is good and generous. Saiid the owner is trustworthy and was genuinely helpful with the organization of our trip: - found us a way to go to Aswan when no bus or train were available - found a motorcycle to rent at a cheap price (I'm pretty sure it's not a common request) All in all, this hotel is well managed, cares about its guests, and it shows !
