Accommodations in Bilbao

Great location and super friendly staff

I went for one night to watch the game on the San Mamés stadium. And this hotel was perfectly good for one night stay. It's absolutely new, and the room was very perfect. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. And receptionist helped me to order the taxi to airport, which was quite perfect for me, because there were 0 available Uber cars at the time.

very large hotel just on the outskirts of the city , The city was just a short walk downhill The bus outside the door was a great addition . The car park was extra but worth it

The staff was incredibly friendly. The receptionist even told us suggestions where to go in Bilbao. Really helpful

Nice, modern rooms. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff was very welcoming and also gave us early check in, and gave information about the area. Perfect location, close to Old Town, close to city center and a 15 minutes walk along the river to Guggenheim.

Overall great location and nice view from my window. Very clean, breakfast was good.

Perfect budget stay, very clear communication and my go to quick stay in Bilbao

Everything nice and very pleased location

Amazing location to bus station and to the center 20 min walk, ole , javier and ena was very helpful and welcoming

I do love Ibis for its predictable quality and its great that we can travel with our dog

The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city (museums, the funicular, old city) while still enjoying a relaxing time at the end of the day. The hotel is very comfortable, breakfast is rich and diverse. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, very good AC. But the most important thing was that the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They also arranged taxi very early in the morning to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bilbao! The location is excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bilbao!

The location was perfect, close to everything. Reception staff awesome.. helpful in everything

Very good staff and facilities with a delicious breakfast.

Stylish, easy self check-in, spotless sleeping quarters, enjoyed using the common areas and kitchen. Staff are kind, helpful and professional. The cafe/bar attached next door was a great place for my morning coffees. Also Poshtel has effective signage and display cabinets offering extras for sale / rent - if guests have forgotten their own locks, towels etc. Having full length mirrors in the (female only) dorm I stayed in was a welcome touch.

The women at the front desk were excellent and super helpful. The staff at breakfast were also terrific.

Great location, close to metro and eateries, in a quiet area. The hosts were phenomenal. Told us and showed us the area, which is safe, fun and eclectic. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Excellent location. Super helpful hosts. Super clean...we loved it

Great location and very comfortable stay! The studio had everything we needed. The management was very responsive about the easy check-in procedure. Would stay here again!

It was well located, clean and staff was nice.

This was the nicest room we had in Spain.

Room was spacious, bed were large and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Our kid received a small chocolate gift with a famous flower dog of the Guggenheim museum and a air ballon. It was a nice surprise.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Great location, quiet and close to everything you need, shops, restaurants, city centre.
