The pool was wonderful after a hot day on bikes. The place was spacious, bright with comfortable beds and lovely linen sheets. Clair joined us for her delicious breakfast with home made products including jams and yogurt. A 15 minute walk takes you to Chateau Monbazillac which is well worth a visit to explore the castle and enjoy wine tasting. The village also has a couple of restaurants.
