Accommodations in Nanterre

Hospitality of staff, they were very supportive when we arrived. The room is also clean and convenient for us. This made the hotel a part of our next hotel for staying each time we are visiting France. In addition, the bed was also very comfortable.

Very nice everything was good

Price and easy access to transportation

Perfect location near to train station easy access

Everything was great, I liked the staff and the services, the apartments were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location, with everything we needed around, like a supermarket, bus.

It’s a calm and tranquil place. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

Clean. Comfortable had everything you need

Overall was good value, convenient location close to metro or bus station

We absolutely loved our experience at the hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive. We got married in Nanterre in the afternoon, and mentionned it when I booked the hotel. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a nicer room and surprised us with a heart-shaped decoration on the bed. One of the employees, Godwinn, even made a hand-drawn picture for us, which truly touched us and made our stay even more special. It’s all these little touches that set a great hotel apart! The bed and mattress were of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. If we ever come back to La Défense, we will definitely stay here again. A fantastic hotel with a very attentive staff that truly deserves a 5-star review! Highly recommended. Thank you again for everything!

Cleening everyday, breakfasts awesome!

The staff were incredibly kind and always helpful.

I had the whole apartment and great location.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Even thought we arrived late, they answered phone call and email. Make you feel safe

The best hotel I can afford with great hi-tech experience, reasonable price, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff (especially girl from Ireland). From now on I will choose only CitizenM hotels if possible.

Nice staff, cooperation and polite Near to train station and restaurant and shop

We visited for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel is located next to the arena, which made getting to and from the concert a breeze.

The location was actually fantastic. everything is close by metro and the metro station is in the shopping center where the hotel is. So within walking distance you have the metro, the shopping center, another shopping center across the street, the area is a business area just in front of the Grande Arche, so it's a clean area. the staff is super friendly. we were able to check in earlier, our kids received coloring books, chocolates. super friendly staff and accommodating. Comfy room and beds, the view from the room is into the shopping center which is fun and different.

It was clean and the view was amazing. Shout out to Cedric at the reception for making everything smooth and pleasant from the start.

Very clean. Well maintained. Quite comfortable and spacious.

All clean and comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful👍👏

The staff were very friendly and some went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The front desk group were all very pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was very good, very good selection; except for the scrambled eggs; however, my son (5yr old) enjoyed the morning croissants.
