Nice big and very clean rooms. Fantastic local Pub downstairs.

This is a very clean and pleasant property. The staff is exceptionally courteous and very professional. We had an issue with the lighting in our room that was promptly rectified.

Stuff were very very helpful, polite and friendly and also Adnans Hotel stray cat Tommy is so cute and friendly. Easy to access to the airport and Birmingham. Bus stop is very close. Walking distance. X1 & X12 bus lines. Gas station is very close you can get everything when you need. Adnans restaurant food is very delicious open 5:00pm 10:00pm.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The staff are incredibly professional and courteous. The location is lovely and very quiet. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean, with a breathtaking view. I hope everyone visits this hotel. There's also live music; I thoroughly enjoyed my day there. I wish this hotel were available in every city in the world. Special thanks to Caitlin and all the hotel staff and the architect who designed the hotel with its beautiful view.

The property inside did look nice however

the host was extremely helpful even when we had an issue late at night they stepped up very quickly to get us sorted. the location is really great if you are going to any events at the NEC. would be a great property for larger families. the pictures online looked good but in person exceeded expectations.
