Very nice guys and helpful service. New building and very nice decoration. Bedroom with aircon is a huge plus for good sleep. Room very quiet in the night and also day. Love the huge TV in the small bedroom.

A very well equipped, homely, clean and spacious cottage. A cosy main sitting room with an extremely comfortable huge sofa and large screen tv. TVs in kitchen and main bedroom too! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and having milk, tea and coffee provided on arrival was a thoughtful touch. The bedrooms had plenty of hanging space for clothes, and the beds were very comfortable. Parking right by the gate to the property. The owner is fantastic. So helpful and friendly.

3 of our guys were working in the Durham area and needed somewhere to stay last minute. This property was perfect. They had a private drive for their van, TV in every bedroom, complete cooking facilities and it was close enough to the A1 motorway for them to hop on and get to work quickly on the morning. We will happily come back to this property when we are next in the North East.

Everything was clean, the flat was well equipped and comfortable

The room was beautiful. The bath was so nice. I also enjoyed dinner downstairs.

Property is easy to find and appears to be newly decorated. SKY Tv is a nice plus and the house is spacious with a medium sized back garden for a terrace, neighbours and area were quiet. It's close by car or bus to Durham, and handy for the A1 if you're driving.
