Perfect spot if you love the water! The restaurant is fabulous! If you love dogs this is your place! Lots of cozy spots to read! Beach across the street!

Friendly staff, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Lovely room & fantastic breakfast!

Beautiful clean hotel staff welcoming

GREAT LOCATION, FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING STAFF, COMFORTABLE ROOM AND BED, NICE BAR AND RESTARAUNT, BUFFET MEALS AND GOOD QUALITY AND SELECTIONS.

We loved everything! We were greeted with a big smile staff were lovely and very efficient and happy,. Our room was beautiful and clean as were the towels etc. Breakfast was outstanding and many choices were offered.

We were upgraded to a rather spacious room at the end of the second floor and loved walking up and down the grand staircase rather than taking the elevator. Barbara, the lady on the desk, was very cordial and helpful. The location offered easy access to the beachfront and the pier. The food was tasty both at dinner and breakfast. Loved the oatmeal with grated apple, walnuts, blueberries

Every thing, very nice hotel, great people.

Very nice room, excellent breakfast.

The location and staff were amazing. Modern and old worldly at the same time.

It's an ideal location nice and clean and the price wasn't that bad, I would 💯 stay here again.

Staff very friendly, room clean, sea views, great location, parking and lovely breakfast..

Great location, very friendly staff, but my favorite part was the owners three dogs: Rosie, Poppy, and Mac!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the square, perfect location, wonderful hosts.

Very good and central location

Love everything about the property. The location is excellent and the rooms are fantastic and exceptionally clean.

Centrally located . Easy parking . An amazing friendly and helpful host . Well appointed room . Spotless clean modern bathroom. Upscale linens and towels . Comfy bed . Quiet rear facing room . Perfect in every way possible .

Very comfortable, spacious accomodation, in an ideal location for the town centre, with easy off-road parking. The host was very friendly & helpful & was there to check us in.

Lovely rooms, bang in centre of town, comfy bed, nice showe

Lovely bright open space in the living room/ kitchen area. I enjoyed the little details in the design of this place. It's also great that there are no stairs, as we were a family travelling with a little child and a lot of luggage. Great shower! By far the best feature was the location. If you are not familiar with Lytham it has a lovely downtown area with shops, cafes and restaurants which is all outside the door. But also driving distance of lots of activities in the area. Lytham and St Annes have a lot to do Comfortable beds with great linens and very soft towels.
