Accommodations in New Brighton

I loved this pub/hotel. They had warned me that it could be noisy on the weekends but they put me on the second floor and it was SO quiet all the time. Noise was never an issue. The food in the pub is very good. They were exceptionally responsive to my needs, even completely replacing the shower box that wasn’t working the same day I told them about it! The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. Plenty of towels at all times. WI-FI is super fast. The fridge was a nice convience as there is no breakfast during the week. Price for a weeks stay is very reasonable. The train is a 5 minute walk, goes all the way to Liverpool with stops in between. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There are beautiful walks along the Sea. There is a nice little grocery shop right next door that has breakfast foods and fresh sandwiches and all sorts of beverages. 5 stars guys! Thanks so much!

You have to try it ur self there no words can describe this hotel I have been in many hotels over there world this one of the best ❤️‍🔥 I am in love with this hotel 😅

Immaculate! Staff are awesome! Food delicious!

The view was gorgeous. Rooms are spacious. The gym looked nice. I didn't have time to use it, though

Very friendly and helpful staff

Nice location, great atmosphere, good bar and restaurant, friendly and supportive staff, highly recommended.

Location was spectacular. Beautiful view of the river and dock area. Quiet yet easy walk to the city center.

The staff was really nice all the time. The location was close to all the interest points.

The location of Holland house was perfect for us. We were visiting for three days and traveled around by public transportation. The house is 45min from Liverpool by bus. There are many bus stops near the house, so it's very easy to catch one into town. The flat had everything we needed, we were able to cook breakfast and dinner there.

Superb location and the accommodation as before is excellent. Can't recommend highly enough to my detriment probably - as planning on staying there regularly 😀

Everything! The views were amazing, provided extras such as multi phone charger, umbrella beer and wine, extra bedding if required. 3 smart TVs. Large well equipped kitchen/diner with hob, fridge & microwave. Large bathroom with separate shower, bath and even a bidet! Large lounge, Inc one of the 3 smart TVs. Separate laundry room with washer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Could easily accommodate 6 (3 couples or children). It had been cleaned within an inch of it's life! Ken, the owner, was only a phone call away, if you needed to contact him. I cannot praise this place highly enough. But be aware that this place is accessed by 3 flights of outdoor stairs. The location was exceptionally good, being near all the tourist attractions, a Morrisons supermarket and several eating places. Good location also for buses and the train station is only a skip and a jump away. Not forgetting the small but well portioned garden, housing a washing line and garden table and bench. If you visit New Brighton, which I recommend, there maybe other nice places to stay, but I bet that it wouldn't match this place for size, comfort, location, cleanliness, facilities, unexpected & surprising extra touches & overall pleasant atmosphere. It wasn't quite what we were expecting as it surpassed all our expectations. The nicest & bestest (if that's a word!) place we have ever stayed. Good value for money. Phew! I think I've run out of superlatives. Book this place and see for yourself. My daughter was well impressed. Oh, and I nearly forgot the kitchen cupboard labeled to let us know that we could take away any of it's contents. Finally, and not forgetting it was toasty warm, nearly forgot, there was a toaster in the kitchen. One more thing the beds were exceptionally comfortable. One more thing... Need I go on!

Ken was the most hospitable host. The place was spotless, tidy and comfortable. Check-in instructions were clear and spot-on.

Very clean and cozy. Out of all the the places we have stayed on booking.com, this hands down is the best, and lilly is so lovely and accommodating. And a lovely view We will definitely be staying again

Unit was basically a studio apartment, good size, with microwave, fridge, freezer, air con, huge TV

Excellent apartment, everything you need for a comfortable stay, great to have the garden space, great shower and comfortable bed, would stay again
