Excellent pub with good home produced food, roaring fires, comfy rooms, welcoming staff. Good value for money and handily located just outside Penrith.

From start to finish we had a great coulpe of nights here. The staff are all polite and very friendly. Our room was spotless and very comfortable with a riverside view over the terrace. The food was spot on. A great place to stay.

Super clean, all new, and fully equipped for two people to live there. Cooking utensils, plates, cleaning products. The bedroom was huge, with one of those beds you melt in. It also was in a great spot in town. It was perfect for our getaway from London.

It was the cleanest glamping site I’ve ever been too! The facilities were amazing and so clean! The staff were incredibly friendly they had some great walking recommendations for us too!

Beautiful property and well looked after. The four poster room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. We wish we stayed more than one night.

The apartment was very clean, bedding smelt amazing very well equipped and cosy, The entrance was not a problem at all because the upstairs is very clean and bright

Prime location and prime facilities and tasteful decor.. The house was right in the centre of Penrith, a beautiful village with a great vibe. Everything was provided to be able to have a great stay...we will definitely come back if we return to the area. The host was really helpful and responsive.

Lovely location. Everything you would need, we only stayed for one night but would have been a lovely place to spend longer and we will definitely be going back.

Excellent location and great for the winter with underfloor heating downstairs. Very, very quiet but convenient for all Penrith has to offer.

Extremely clean, modern and comfortable room. Centrally located and with a very nice bar downstairs. Breakfast was included in the price and very nice.
