Amazing getaway with friends... location, resort and the food in the restaurant :)

It is located in a very unique small village near to Livorno. Nice room with stunning view from balcony. Hosters were wery nice and helpful. We needed to leave in early hours the place because of the ferry but the breakfast was waiting for us, because they prepared it at previous night. Definitely recommended

We had a very pleasant experience at Villa Maria, the room was very nice and clean and Simone, the host of this place was friendly and helpful. He prepared us a very pleasant breakfast and on the day of departure, how we had to leave very early, he left breakfast treats on the kitchen table for us to take with us on the way. It was very much appreciated ♥️ So I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a lovely stay! Thank you 😊

The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

I liked it .. it is in a perfect area .. close to the square close to restaurants pizzeria cafes.. 5 minutes walk from train station .. highly recommended and something else when you text her about something she replies immediately...

The apartment itself is lovely and has great potential, but the extremely poor level of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. Despite this, the host was thoughtful in some ways — he prepared a bottle of good wine for our arrival and did not charge the city tax because he understood how uncomfortable the first two nights were for us. • Very good apartment by Italian standards: modern renovation, stylish furniture, and a generally well-designed space. • Excellent balcony — perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or pretending you’re starring in your own Italian movie. • Heated floors that feel wonderful. • A dishwasher — a great feature once everything is actually clean enough to put inside. • Spacious, modern bathroom. • The host kindly left a bottle of quality wine for us, which was a genuinely nice gesture. • He also didn’t charge the city tax due to the issues we experienced, which we appreciated.

We absolutely loved this place! Well situated, with a few fancy restaurants nearby, and so so lovely, cozy and perfectly clean, providing everything you need and even some extras. No problem with parking, and a key-box, which we appriciated due to our delay because of a traffic jam. We definitely reccomend this one💜
