If wanting to experience Milan and surrounds (e.g Lake Como) without the incredible intensity of these cities in Summer, this apartment is absolutely perfect! Incredibly clean, bright, spacious, modern, moments from the station, and with wonderful hosts. We needed a clothing rack to dry our clothes and they went and bought one within 30 mins for us! Amazing! The bed was comfortable, a large balcony, a coffee machine, washing machine, quiet and with nearby shops and restaurants. It’s closer to the airport than Milan but super easy to jump on a train direct into the city or direct to Como Lago. This will definitely be our Milan base from now on!

"Amazing Stay at a Brand-New Hotel!" I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel and had an excellent experience! The interior is sleek and modern, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. Everything was spotless, and it felt like I was staying in a home rather than just a hotel. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential utensils, and the bonus of having a dishwasher was a nice touch! Wonderful stay in authentic surroundings We had a truly lovely stay at the Black and White apartment. It’s located in a charming area where you can experience a genuine, authentic Italian lifestyle – peaceful, harmonious, and local. If you want to feel the real Italy, we can warmly recommend this place. The apartment is situated in the town of Saronno, perfectly located near Milan, Como, and Arese, which is home to Italy’s largest shopping center. This makes it an ideal base for exploring both city life and nature – while still being able to return to a quiet, relaxing space. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. There wasn’t a single thing to criticize. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the bedroom is spacious with a large, comfortable bed. The host, Alessandro, is fantastic. He welcomed us warmly and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. You instantly feel at home and comfortable. And the price is a big bonus – you get amazing value for your money. A stay of this quality at such a low cost is rare to find. If you want to experience authentic Italian life in a modern, comfortable apartment, close to all the popular cities but still in a quiet area with no stress about parking – then this is the place. We give our warmest recommendation to Alessandro and his apartment!
