I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Belal & Ramashka at Hayali Suites for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of remarkable. Upon my arrival, I was dismayed to discover that my luggage hadn't made it to Beirut. However, Belal swiftly stepped in, taking charge of the situation with unwavering professionalism and empathy. Not only did he tirelessly coordinate with the airport to track down and deliver my lost luggage promptly, but he also took it upon himself to make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation, ensuring that my trip proceeded smoothly despite the initial setback. Belal & Ramashka’s attentiveness, dedication, and genuine kindness truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless and enjoyable stay. I am immensely grateful for his exceptional service and would highly recommend Hayali Suites to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but also genuine care and hospitality.".
