I loved the location, the ambiance, the cleanliness. The games at the lobby and the breakfast was a nice surprise

Excellent place to spend the weekend

Excellent service, best in Puebla

It’s clean and very close to my activities

A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!

The location and friendly staff.

The breakfast is really good, good location and very comfortable room!

great, clean and quite. great location. friendly staff

Very close to downton and zócalo and catedral

The views are exceptional and amazing value for the cost of the stay. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Puebla. The location is a bum it remote but Ubers are not expensive. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff and management

KUDOS to two exceptional employees at the front reception desk: ELIZABETH and RICARDO. I have witnessed how efficient, professional, polite, and helpful they are. This has happened time after time since I have been staying at CR since 2023. They deserve recognition by management.

The rooms are huge and with bathroom inside, the beds are super comfy and the staff is great. They run tours that are tip based and plenty activities daily. You have the chance to meet people but it’s not a party hostel, best of both worlds. The house where it is located is just pretty 🤩. And breakfast was the best I’ve had in Mexico so far.

Clean, close to mall and location against trip purpose.

The location is amazing, and the staff is super nice and helpful

Super comfortable, Friendly, and responsive

Location directly across from the famous cathedral. Great value for a wonderfully comfortable room with a view of the cathedral if you stay in the room with the view. Hot water, good wifi, comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV and complementary bottles of water. I would stay again!
