Great location, amazing view , rooms were beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful

I love everything about this place. It's an older facility so it may not be for everyone but thats what gives it its charm. The staff is amazing. All chinese staff and dont speak english but they all have translators in their phones. The staff adds to the charm of this place also. They are always smiling and instent on helping you. My favorite place to stay.

Budget-friendly comfortable cabins. Our cabin had a full kitchen 2 br 2 bath. Everything was clean and functional. Great location. We enjoyed feeding the adorable llamas some kibble after we checked out.

The property was great breakfast was to but most of all I want to point out that the customer service was exceptional my daughter forgot her apple lap top there and the employee keep it for us an even offered to mail it out to us we were traveling up so that wasn’t needed but I am very thankful that they were able to keep it safe for us until we were able to pick it up and also shows the type of employee they have a great people that turn it in to lost and found I hope this shows how safe you feel in your stay there the trust and welcoming place this is I can’t thank them enough for this

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent — right on the waterfront, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The cabins were comfortable, the BBQ area was great, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. A special thank you to the staff for allowing us to check in early since our cabin was already prepared. We truly appreciated the flexibility and friendly service. One thing that would have been helpful is receiving advance notice that the pool was out of service. It did not ruin our stay, but knowing ahead of time would have helped us plan accordingly. As for the accommodations, the mattresses could probably be updated in the future and made a little firmer. The wooden bunk beds also seem to be showing their age, with some slats sagging and needing maintenance. Improving the sleeping arrangements would make the stay even more comfortable. It is also a little disappointing that the cabins designed for four guests have become somewhat more expensive recently. Other than these minor points, everything was great. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

The property is very cute, quiet, and clean, which I really liked. This was my first time visiting Big Bear Lake, and I had a wonderful experience staying here. I would definitely recommend this place!

There was a code to the door, no keys. The location was amazing, very close to a lot of entertainment and stores.

The theme of the property was cute and the distance to downtown big bear was perfect. No need to worry about how you were going to get there or get back if you group wanted to drink.
