The place is right off the motorway, giving you easy access when you stop for a night. There is secured private parking with enough spaces (we were there on a busy holiday night and it was perfectly fine). The staff are helpful and polite. Reception is tended 24/7. The room was perfect: stylish, clean and comfy, very spacious. There are thick curtains blocking out the morning light, which is great for light sleepers. Halls and common areas are well kempt. There is a lift but stairs are also accessible. We would definitely be staying there again.

Quartos muito acolhedores, bem decorados, modernos e muito bem limpos. Toalhas e camas de boa qualidade. Pequeno almoço excelente. Zonas comuns muito agradáveis, arranjados com muito bom gosto e muito calorosos. Localização perfeita no centro da cidade. Excelente hotel!

At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
