We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the national parks, and the room was very comfortable with a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—special thanks to Wendy for helping with our airport transfer, tickets, and local tips. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

We were thoroughly impressed by the remarkable convenience of the location—merely a short stroll to the park entrance. The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, served in an elegant setting, while the fitness facilities were well-maintained and adequate for our needs. The reception staff proved most helpful, assisting with ticket bookings and offering thoughtful suggestions in impeccable English. The proximity to local shops and dining options added greatly to the overall experience. A decidedly commendable establishment, offering excellent value. Would certainly recommend without hesitation.

The location is very convenient. Rooms are spacious and confortable. All furnitures in the hotel including the gym are new and clean. Available washing machines is a real plus. And above all, the manager of the hôtel,Joanna, gave us free help for booking all the attractions in Zhangjiajie which was absolutely helpful!

The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.
