We had an excellent stay at Greta in Puerto Morelos. The property is new, stylishly designed, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the view of the nature reserve from the 5th floor — absolutely stunning. The beach is very easy and quick to reach. We were warmly welcomed with Prosecco and snacks, which was a very thoughtful touch. Being able to see the ocean while showering was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the accommodation was very quiet, which was important to us. Our stay was incredibly relaxing. Even after checkout, we were able to spend two more hours at the pool area, enjoying the view — a perfect end to our visit. Adriana, the Reservations Manager, was exceptionally kind and helpful — truly a gem of this property. The reception staff were also lovely and welcoming. We can wholeheartedly recommend Greta and would definitely stay here again.

Magical and cozy place. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a lovely view of the trees - so romantic! The guys who run the place truly became our friends. They are kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. On our very first day, they sent us a list of the most beautiful places along with their personal recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. Super tasty breakfast 😋 Renting bicycles there was also very convenient. If I ever come back to Tulum, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️✨

This place is heaven, I didn’t want to leave! The staff are incredible and made me feel so comfortable. The grounds themselves are stunning, my room was so comfortable, air conditioning works so well, cocktails by the beach were divine.

Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.
