This wonderful resort exceeded my expectations! Coati mundi, iguanas, hummingbirds, monkeys, and deer roam the grounds. It feels like nature has come to visit. The food, service, rooms, beach, and evening shows were magnificent. We traveled through Mexico for two weeks, and out of six other hotels, this one was by far the best!

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurants offer a variety of dishes, and the entertainment programs create a great atmosphere. The alcohol was of high quality, and the food was delicious, in my opinion. The expansive territory of the hotel adds to its charm, providing ample space for relaxation.

Comfort rooms, well kept hotel areas, lots of people taking care everything works well and looks nice. Decent food.

Yoga each morning and quiet , friendly smaller resort. Half board was good though food was good but not excellent

Apartment is in the safe and controlled location. Apartment is clean, spacious, well equiped. Kitchen has everything you might need, salt and spices, oil as well. It has blender, microwave, minigrill, outdoor grill, coffeemaker … As there is no food possibility in walking distance, I cooked quite often & i felt very comfortable. Chedraui supermarket is in Puerto Morelos - has everything you may need. The pool is small but good enough to jump in after the beach. Especially for kids. Beach is in walking distance, but you can drive there as well. We packed beach chairs, umbrella, water and spent nice days on the beach / almost alone. It was nice time without crowds. There are no rocks (or very few) and the beach is clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for snorchling, beach toys and even 2 swimvests for kids are in the apartment. We appreciated this a lot! Hotel nearby has some evening program, but it lasts only 1hour and it was absolutely not problem for us. Generaly, we loved our stay there. We spent 2 weeks with 3 kids and everybody was able to find own time alone. Fabiola is very nice and kind person and she gave us recommedations, support and we would like to thank you! We had amazing time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cocos Cabanas. Silvia and her team were so friendly and you can tell that they really want to make their guests feel special. Our room was spotless, spacious and well laid out. The shower has salt water but that didn’t bother us at all. The restaurant serves delicious food and it was lovely to relax and swim in the pool. The beach is very nearby but be aware that there’s a short detour as you have to walk through Mungata hotel to access it, so it’s a 5 minute or so walk. Cocos Cabanas is well worth a visit if you want to stay in a quieter area of Playa.

Sergio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfy and the swimming pool is fab for kids. They loved the hammocks and part of the pool usually has a little bit of shade too. The beds were comfy and there was warm water for the showers etc. There's a shop and two cafes a 12 minute walk away.

Good apartment in a good area, although 20 min driving to Playa del Carmen, but located in a silent, safe location. Everything is good inside, 3 ACs, nicely working showers, clean, wear and tear on walls, but no big deal. A dry rack was missing but was promptly delivered at request.

The El Beso was perfect! Not only was the food fantastic, but the pools and beach were a dream! The staff were also super friendly, and the resort pretty much provides a guest with every single thing you'd need! Again A++ on the food!

Wellness folks are great! Also daycare for 3 month old was great!

The location was stunning.. beautiful set up in nature. The pools were beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Always willing to help.

It is a very good Resort and above the average 5 Star Hotel. The room are very large with 3 bedrooms, so it is actually a really good value compared to the availabe space.

this place is outstanding. even if they charge 2000usd a night is totally worth it. all Riviera maya have this ridiculous prices, but this place is totally worth it. you have an amazing menu available all day. the drinks are make from scratch, the staff is constantly looking up to you. the room have a lot of wonderful details, from the outside shower, to the full mini bar.

Beachfront location and all of the amenities were fantastic! Staff was very attentive and resort was just beautiful. Loved it so much we will be regular guests!
