Celine and Gilles have been an invaluable help with arranging the various trips for us, both canoeing in the mangroves, a boat trip to a bird island, an excursion to the Fathala wildlife reserve and much more. All food is prepared at the guesthouse by Celine and her staff and it is nothing short of outstanding. The jam is homemade, the yoghurt is homemade, the honey is local from the mangrove... and the three-course dinners are pure luxury. Every day! I even got a birthday cake and "Happy Birthday" sung in four different languages on my birthday. This is exactly the kind of guesthouse we are looking for on our travels and we are incredibly happy and thankful to have found Keur Niaye.

I was recommended this location by a colleague and it did not disappoint! The pool was clean and lovely, I used the kayaks and explored the mangroves, I joined a boat tour of the bird island.
