The house and the entire grounds were decorated for Christmas—a very pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The grounds were beautiful, with a nice pool, a lovely orange garden, a barbecue area, a large kitchen with a good selection of dishes, and a pleasant surprise of drinks and fruit from the hosts. Everything was simply perfect.

Casa Los Palitos is a recently renovated apartment in Monte de Breña where guests can make the most of its rooftop pool and garden. The decoration, plants around the house and location were great. Very silent and cozy to spend some time relaxing.

We stayed at Casa Hoya Limpia for a week and it was perfect. The hosts, Diego and Juan, are very helpful and kind people. They welcomed us and were always available if we needed anything. They also brought us home-grown papayas to try, very tasty. The house is well equipped. We were staying on the top floor and were completely alone in the house, which was amazing. I am not sure whether we just got lucky or if the bottom floor is never rented out. The house was very clean. The shower is nice and spacious and there were more than enough towels provided. The beds are comfortable, maybe a bit too soft if you need solid back support. All of the windows have mosquito nets installed. The kitchen had all utensils we needed for cooking, there is also a microwave a toaster and a big fridge. From the kitchen you can access the balcony, which was our favourite spot in the house. Beautiful view, just perfect to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sunshine. Outside is a well maintained lawn and a garden with a pool. The pool is big, although we did not use it as the water was a bit too cold and it was quite windy all week. However it was very nice just to sit next to it and relax on the terrace and watch the little geckos run around the stones in the garden 😊 Free parking is available in front of the house. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You will absolutely need a rental car (I recommend cicar company) when visiting La Palma, I don't know about the bus connections but we once went out by foot and tried getting a taxi back shortly after 9pm and it was a disaster, the taxi company kept hanging up on us, even on the Spanish locals when they tried to call for us. Luckily someone in the restaurant knew a taxi driver and saved us from walking 2 hours uphill from Los Cancajos. (If you are there visit Insolito, very good restaurant) All in all, it was a perfect vacation.

Salazar is a country house that features guests a comfortable place to stay in Villa de Mazo with barbecue facilities and free Wifi. Very spacious apartment, with a slightly unusual layout. The grill and grilling area was a great addition!.
